So when I started for this company I wasn’t really sure if it was going to be a great fit for me. (I honestly disliked temp companies)Turns out this place is the beat I’ve ever worked for. Heather and every one of the staff @ this place are very kind, respectful, professional and they always encouraged me to keep progressing without making me feel as if I wasn’t doing enough..With that said here I am 5 or 6 months later I’ve gotten an offer for the company that I started to temp with since my first day. I also just moved into one of their apartments and I have been making huge strides forward in my certification for the EPA section 608 (refrigerants for HVAC).So with all that they have helped me accomplish I felt the need to write this review for future employees because I understand wanting to research a company before going into working for them with all of the owners of the property management companies that could care less about their tenants that are out there these days doing research on who you’re gonna be working for is definitely something that you want to make a top priority if you plan on sticking with a position like Maintence for a while. Because there are unfortunately. A lot of management companies out there these days that just don’t care about nobody but themselves. I’m one that’s here to say that this is not one of those companies and I’m pretty sure they don’t do business with any of the companies who take feel that way.So I know this is a long review but long review short if you’re looking for a job that you want to have for two or more years and in that amount of time want to move up get certified and become a permanent appreciated employee of a good if not great property management company this is the place for you.But if you’re not sure I still encourage you to call Heather and speak with her she’s very understanding of people situations and very insightful about options and opportunities.So thank you so much Heather for your help and encouragement during this period of employment. I just started with Liberty Group about a month ago and Im so grateful they were there at this critical time in my life. I use to work with my father-in-law running his construction business whos since retired. I needed a good job to help me land on my feet and Liberty came thru quickly. Have to say... Heather Moyer is a Rock Star shes a great asset to the company. Thanks for all you do.

Worked for them as an employee inside their offices. Felt like a prisoner as the two superiors in the office were constantly arguing and struggling over whos in charge. Excessive cursing and calling property managers effin Bs. I was left with the on call phone for days on end, left to answer back to back to back phone calls while they surfed the net for TV shows, etc. Both superiors would say two different things and then both get mad at me why I did something a certain way. Very confusing, no communication and a lot of lying. One if them would constantly yell in the background while Im on the phone yelling dont say that! Should have said this! Meanwhile i cant hear person on the phone. She made me screen all her calls while Im trying to work simply cause she didnt feel like talking. This was truly an awful experience and I wish I would have never believed all the great talk they gave me to come and work there. Its not the Liberty Group...its the staff always vying for control even with each other. Sad thing is the corporate office has no idea what really goes on there . I was a true prisoner and freedom never felt so good as i finally got myself away from that bad, bad energy.

The Liberty Group found me a job in leasing that Ive now been at for over a year now. Heather and the other office staff were nice, very helpful and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get into the apartment business.

Very disappointed, I was working at a job that payed 9/hr, so I called these guys looking for a better job they said they had a position available and would i be interested in I said yes. They called me back but I missed their call (keep in mind i was still working my shift), so i go back home and call them which was after hours. They said that called back because they needed my confirmation (mine you I already said yes when they offered me the position, but i was tired from work so i didnt really think nothing of it I just wanted to leave the job I was working). the lady told me to call back tomorrow you will start TuesdayWell I did call back, and a different lady answered and I asked about the status of my position and she said i dont know we are doing payroll (very rudely) I will have to them. It is now Wednesday and I still havent heard from them I even emailed the lady I that I talked to on Monday and no replies. I quit the job I was working because I believed I was starting a new job, now I am unemployed.

I worked with Heather for over a year and she has kept me employed the whole time. There is open communication, it’s a great place to work for .

I would never recommend u water ur time and gas on this company my back round test results were all good I gave them 8 references good ones and she kept lying say she working on it when I called she said she just stopped after two I explained I have kids and were looking for employment soon I have great experience​ I worked for great companies making 18$ hr at one point dont waste ur time with these people they lie and think you have to be perfect all because reference I didnt get a job when the companies verified I worked for them I wish I knew b4 I went to interview I RECOMMEND YOU GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY NOT LIBERTY GROUP U WILL ONLY WADTE YOUR GAS AND TIME
