Dave installed a beautiful set of sidelight shutters on our front door. They are a perfect fit and just add so much appeal to the entryway. We love them! Now we have so much privacy and our dogs dont bark all day because they can no longer see people walking or driving by outside through those windows.On his initial visit, Dave spent almost 2 hours carefully going over all of the options in design, materials, and colors. He is very personable and so much fun to just sit and chat with. He is extremely knowledgeable about his products and also did the installation himself. It was very nice not to just be sold the shutters by a hustling salesperson, and then have someone completely different come and install them. Dave really stands behind his products and his work. I recommend him very highly and will use his services again in the future.

David Yoder installed plantation shutters in my home and they look great! I found David to be very accommodating, friendly and extremely honest. I dont always use Window treatments, but when I do, I prefer David Yoders windows. (better-than Microsofts latest movement of an OS.) So, even if youre not upgrading your windows software, you can still have a great upgrade of Windows. (See what I did there)

Dave came out to look at my plantation shutter that had a broken tilt wand to several panes. He did not sell the shutters to me and yet he spent a lot of time to try and find me replacement parts free of charge. He even tightened the adjustment screws which helped with the panes that were loose. I plan to buy my next set of shutters for our sidelights from him. He showed up when he said he would and wants to help the customer (unfortunately not the norm in a lot of businesses today).

This company installed wood plantation shutters in three rooms. Dave Yoder first did the living room and kitchen. I then placed an order for dining rooms shutters. I was happy with the products BUT on the last order for the dining room, he never came back to add the magnets which held the shutters. I placed three phone calls and left voice mails each time, The last time I called was on 5-6-13. At that time, after I said my name and why I was calling, the line went DEAD ?....so I called back and left a voice mail. HE HAD NEVER CALLED ME BACK to let me know when he would complete this job or even to say HE HAD NO INTENTIONS of completing it. So.....if you do business with Dave Yoder owner of Shutter & Blind Super Store....just dont pay until the work is complete. Other than this complaint....I had been satisified with the work. I had plans to order shutters for the entire house but obviously NOW I will do business with a more reputable business. Im rating this a ONE STAR due to lack of work completion.
