I bought one of the units like 6 months then it broke down call the company they said I got to give him $350 flat fee so they can fix it this company is a joke I bought the unit I paid $500 for it pay $350 to fix it doesnt make sense to me

JNC jump packs are amazing and reliable. The low reviews below are probably due to people not keeping their unit charged. I do roadside assistance and JNC never failed me yet!

Purchased a JNC660 jumper pack in January 2016. Didnt need to use it until yesterday 9/6/2016. Unit is completely dead and unresponsive. Has a 1 year warranty however the company wants me to pay shipping to have them look at it. Unit weighs about 18lbs so not worth it.I wouldnt recommend wasting your time or money on this product.

Garbage quality product, spent $180.00 for their high quality booster pack was only used 5 or 6 times, only 2 months out of warranty & its dead, no customer consideration, they want $115.00 to fix it plus shipping.

Wouldnt recommend anyone to work for this company....
