Quick in and out. Not as bad by far as some if the other caves in the KC area

Its very tight in this place the guard was very helpful and informative. The receivers were really stabd offish but I guess they just wanted to focus on there job.

Everything is going well under new management and cleaning up the place. Its slot better now!!

The holding area feals more like a junk yard than a staging area for trucks. Broken trailers everywhere. Tires half hazardly thrown around metal beams. I would not recomend this place to anyone for storage as you dont have a idea how your atuff is going to be respected.

Giving 1 star simply because their website prices are not correct. In fact, i was quoted about 20% higher than the listed price. They werent too friendly about the discrepancy, nor willing to do anything about it. Ill store elsewhere!

I personally have a storage space there for 3 years now and the people there have been very courteous friendly and outgoing willing to assist me on any problems immediately

The receptionist who manages whats stored is never there. Holy crap! So many times! I should have left a review like this when I first had problems last year. I cant get over how many times I go there, or call, and shes gone! Its like every damn time! Ive been stuck waiting out front for an hour. Tow truck guy waiting. Ive called and had to wait till another time. My mother has the exact same problems with what she has stored. This place charges little to store for a reason. God damn! Someone needs their ass verbally kicked or fired.

Amazing place to even just go inside and look!

Temperatures great for storage but extremely damp and musty.

Dusty and can be difficult for you to back in.
