Kelly Helped plan our family vacation starting in 2019. We had a cruise planned as well as a trip to Disney World and Universal Studios. She had every accommodation and detail covered for the trip. She had all transportation covered for our large family number, all meal planning, resort and hotel reservations, even our theme park passes and events!! The month of our cruise, the cruise line cancelled the cruise. With little notice, Kelly was able to cancel all unnecessary plans, and then book a whole new itinerary on the fly!!! (she didnt miss a single detail. All hotels, food. transportation-she had it all covered!!!) I would recommend her to ANYONE looking for a travel agent. Whether your need is a weekend getaway for two, or a group travel, Kelly is the agent you NEED.

Kelly Marchand handled all of our travel for a wonderful Alaskan vacation with Uncruise that was originally booked for 2020. Once it was clear we would be unable to travel, she rebooked everything and managed all of our anxiety throughout. She responded quickly to our emails, even those during odd hours during our trip to make some airline changes. Kelly was great!

Called Shelton Travel with a tricky problem: getting an underaged traveler to a destination, booking an escort with the airline for the flight change, and then merging her return with my previeously booked flight. Mark Ebbits did this quickly, got us in adjoining seats for the return flight, all within budget and other travel requests. Could not have had better service, recommend highly!

My girlfriend and I recently booked a trip to Hawaii with Kelly. She made the entire process seamless. Even when difficulties arose, she rose higher. She was there for us before and during our trip. DO NOT use Kelly Marchand as your travel agent. Not only was she late to appointments, she had miss spelled names on plane tickets, failed to get everyone the required reservations, lost record of one of our party’s members payments on flights, failed to deliver funds to our representative in Cancun for our destination wedding so we had a whole mess when we arrived on resort in Mexico, told us she’d check us into flights then forget to do it for over half of the family so that we couldn’t be together, and to be honest was just extremely flaky, very forgetful, and had one excuse after another after we attempted to solve minor issues before they dominoed into chaos which is all listed above. Our experience with her WAS ATROCIOUS. The amount of stress and mis-haps that happened were unacceptable and a complete mess. Her job was to make this vacation seamless so we wouldn’t have to worry more than expected when travel. Thank god for other people at the agency that could cover her slack and keep us in mind.
