We worked with Russ to plan our honeymoon. We knew we wanted to stay at a Sandals resort and were interested in one of the smaller resorts. Russ ultimately helped us pick Sandals Grenada. He had visited the resort and made recommendations that were exactly spot on. He urged us to stay in a beachfront room and he was exactly right! The view was breathtaking. He also encouraged us to book at the Club level and it was the best decision. We had a lot of moving pieces with our trip and Russ ensured the payment piece was correct and we didn’t have any issues. He also provided us a pre trip summary that was extremely handy that included all of our flight information and a resort checklist for tips and tricks to use once at Sandals. We found everything Russ told us to expect and do was the best practice and found ourselves saying multiple times “Russ was right”.We had originally booked our trip in late 2019 for our upcoming wedding in April 2020. Due to Covid we had to rebook our honeymoon three times before we finally went in April 2021. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent to oversee the constant resort closures, airline changes, and Covid restrictions. Russ stayed on top of the airlines and Sandals and made sure we were getting the best deals. If we weren’t working with Russ we probably would have canceled all together because the restrictions and changes were so overwhelming. Russ made sure we were prepared with all the Covid guidelines and worked with the airlines to make the numerous reservation changes.We highly recommend working with Russ as his thoroughness and customer service are unmatched. We can’t wait to work with him on our next trip, hopefully to Sandals!

While it is certainly easy enough to book much of our own vacations online these days, when something goes wrong and experience is needed its nice to have Russ on your side.We had a Scandinavian cruise, flights and hotel booked through RD Travel when everything started going sideways with COVID-19. Unless you are interested in a sandals or beaches resort Russ is uninterested in helping you book a vacation. I contacted him after seeing a resort that he advertises on his website that offers a military discount. He didnt read the email stating that I was looking for a family vacation in Jamaica not Sandals he simply said Good Luck on your Quest. Surprised to see such high reviews for someone so unwilling to book a vacation or even look into one for us.

Russ recently booked a tour to California’s Wine Country for my wife and I that was far more enjoyable than we could have imagined. His choice of lodging for us in Wine Country was perfect. Our wine tour guide that Russ recommended was not only extremely knowledgeable but entertaining as well. We ended our tour in San Francisco for a couple of nights where Russ found us a reasonably priced hotel in a great location. All in all, this was a fabulous trip. We highly recommend Russ for your Wine Country experience.

My husband and I decided that we needed to do something big to celebrater our 5th anniversary. I had always wanted to do an all incusive vacation, and wanted to go to Jamaica. When my wife and I took a vacation to my daughter’s place in Eagle Creek Oregon, I asked Russ to put an itinerary together to do the northern segment of the county on AMTRACK. Russ set-up the train from Kansas City to Chicago, found a great hotel to spend the night and a ticket with a room on the train to Portland. When I told Russ that we were going to bring some kittens back from my daughters, he chose a nonstop Southwest flight back to Kansas City. There were no problem’s. I gave my wife a Bucket List trip to Ireland for Christmas in 2017.I met with Russ to plan the 10 day tour. There were very specific requests, including that my Mother-In-Law would be touring with us, so every different lodging would need to be able to sleep three adults.All I can say is that it was a trip of a lifetime. Butler Suite at Sandals Negril was a fantastic resort, great service and amenities. Water is clear and a warm 82 degrees in December, and weather was perfect. Now that I have been spoiled with a Butler Suite, it may be hard not to vacation without one again. As an All-Inclusive resort, you could not be more satisfied while at the resort. However, if you like to adventure out from the resort, an all-inclusive may not be your best choice.

Our European trip was complicated and compacted by appointments at the beginning, middle (in Ireland) and end. We had a lot we wanted to get done, and a short time to squeeze all the flight schedules and travel time into. Seven airports, six countries, three rental cars and a number of hotels after we began, we had completed a complicated itinerary without problem, confusion or delay. Russ took our very specific requirements for where and when we needed to be, what we needed from our lodging (amenities, convenient location, cost) and rental cars, and set it up so that everything worked everywhere.

I called Russ to ask him a few questions since Ive never used him before and he basically told me he wouldnt talk to me unless I paid him his 25.00 with my credit card. If Im going to pay somebody for thier services, I should b able to get some information from them first. He was so rude that it really upset me.

My family and I took a ski vacation this past weekend to Breckenridge, CO and enjoyed ourselves every minute of the three days we were there.
