This place is amazing! I’ve been there three times now and each time has been great. I went in today because my phone kept shutting off and only showing the apple symbol. Alex helped me out and had the issue resolved within an hour. Some condensation had got in my phone causing it to glitch and he saved me the stress of possibly having to get a new phone. It also got fixed for a super reasonable price. Alex and the whole team always have really professional and personable customer service. Mobile revive is my go to any time I have a phone issue. I highly recommend them as the first place to go to for phone repairs!

Extremely rude....tried to explain #1 new battery installed they had it for a week waiting for parts and handed me a dead phone.#2 my bill said balance due $0.00.Invoice total $40.00 I paid $40.00 and balance due $0.00.I get there and its 54.oo on top of the $40.00. I felt its misleading and expressed that to a complete losing his mind employee screaming this was his house and he didnt understand how the general public could be confused. He took that very personal and began yelling. The manager sent him to the back of the store. Extremely rude and the only person to complain to was him or his manager who also couldnt understand. Phone still isnt charging and has black screen. Do not go there if you expect quality service.

I was skeptical at first not because of this place in particular but to have someone fix my iPhone 11 screen. I was able to set my appointment online without hassle. I was able to even call the store and speak to someone right away about pricing. I was able to arrive early and they were able to fix my phone perfectly within an hour! I’m way impressed with the service, quality and experience! I hope I don’t break my screen again but if I do I will go here again! So thankful!

Just when I was ready to give up all hope and was completely heartbroken that I was losing all of my photos of my children because my phone was damaged these guys kept their word and brought my 11pro brick back to life. I had gone to UbreakIFix just to be told there was no hope, made multiple phone calls to other businesses who just the same told me there was no hope for my phone even the Apple store told me I just needed to buy a new one. I was quoted $2k or more just to retrieve my data. I called these guy this morning and they gave me HOPE and were so nice and helpful. They were very professional and made me feel so much better about the situation and didn’t hide and extra just but we’re upfront and respectful. I cannot stress enough how thankful I am for these guys! It turned out it was just my screen and everyone else was quick to turn me down. I would trust these guys with any of my electronics and phone needs!

These guys know their stuff. I took an old phone there, they replaced the battery, and from their inspection of the unit, warned me that I was living off borrowed time with the motherboard. They were totally right. They then diagnosed it when the mobo did die, did it quickly, and without a charge. I would definitely recommend these guys and will take them any unit to repair. When I bought my new phone, I purposely left off the accessories to purchase those from them.

Very helpful, friendly and honest staff. I scheduled a meeting to get a quote for repairing my phone and the guy attending was very professional. He immediately knew what was wrong with my phone and gave me a quote. He cleaned my microphone because I told him I had problems with the audio and he also explained that getting a new phone was around the same price than getting the new screen repaired. I think this was very honest from his part and very kind. Highly recommended.

Wow. This place- the staff and the service- are outstanding. Dealing with my cell provider is quite honestly one of the worst possible ways that I can imagine spending my time. Ive had two fully shattered (basically leaving the phone unusable) in the last year. The first time, on a whim I looked up and visited Revive. The staff was awesome, and since I was in a pinch, the pricetag for repair was as reasonable as I would have hoped for. The staff was informative, friendly, knowledgeable, and Quick. When the same thing happened to my phone again, I went right back. They helped out, and actually gave me a small discount upon my return. Yesterday, I found out that I wasnt able to upgrade my phone for another 30 days. But, I needed to have a phone in working order for some travel I will be doing before then. My much older iPhone had a battery life of 50%. It just was on its last leg. I brought it to Revive to check out what the cost would be to replace, and it was Much more inexpensive than I had planned! The staff took care of me, and my phone, with a sense of urgency and a no problem, we got this attitude. In an hour I was good to go, and my older phone is operating like it used to. Cant say enough about the positive experiences Ive had here. This is officially my first Google Review. This place and these folks deserve some props, for sure.

I came in last week with a broken phone from a vacation. My phone had not been in the water or even near it and low and behold it had water damage and AT&T wanted to charge me the entire price of a new phone for it. Thankfully Alex and Jae were so great and able to get rid of the water damage and really help me and I appreciated their act of kindness greatly!

Alex has amazing customer service. Veryprofessional and patient, he was thorough and knowledgeable about the issue with my phone. I will definitely be back for service on my other devices.

This shop was recommended to me as one that has more experienced technicians than some of their competitors in the metro. I made an appointment for the next day on their site, selecting my model of phone and the repair I needed to have done. Showed up at the scheduled time and the first employee gave me a reasonable quote and then went into the back to see how long it would take to order the needed part. After several minutes a second employee came out and told me that actually they wouldnt perform repairs on my phone at all because there are apparently too many screws inside it to keep organized and they would end up damaging the phone more. So, points for honesty there I guess? I asked why my model of phone could be selected in the menu on their site, which he had no real explanation for. He said he had been just about to email me to inform me when I came in (at the time I scheduled, meaning it would have been too late to save me the trip). One star for straight up refusing to do the work and wasting my time (45 minute round trip to get here over other shops much closer to me because they were recommended as having better techs).Edit: within 20 minutes of my posting this review (coincidence?) I received a call from Mobile Revive. The guy said he had discovered they now could order a different part which would make the repair on my phone possible for them to perform after all. To his credit he did apologize repeatedly for wasting my time and giving me incorrect information. However, Ive already found another shop willing to perform the repair for the same price where the staff gave me more confidence in talking with them. I will bump this review up to 2 stars though for the effort to reach out and make things right.

I went in with a screen glitch and he helped me do a hard reset right then and there! Also replaced a screen protector no charge. J was super helpful and professional! I will definitely recommend this place to everyone and will be going back whenever I need my phone fixed.

I have been here a total of 3 times always a great experience. First trip I got a iPad 6 screen repaired took 3 days and looks brand new. 2nd trip was to purchase a screen protector for a new phone simple but great service. I just left the store today because my daughter broke her charger off in the port of the iPad. They was able to remove the part free of charge. I will continue to come here for my repair needs. After waiting foreverrr to get an appointment with Apple decided to try local. My daughters beloved iPad was not allowing the charger to fit. I was able to walk right in and just like that pulled pieces of a charger out. Not only was the service quick and swift but he did this free of charge. I will always recommend their services and will be returning with future repair needs.

Customer service could not be better. Alex was so kind and responsive to my concerns. He quickly repaired my iPhone 11 Pro Max screen and even adjusted something I didn’t like about it free of charge. Hopefully I will never have to fix my phone again but if I do, I will gladly return here.

I brought my laptop in because I had a crack in the screen. I was told they could replace the screen for $278.00 and it would take a week. I agreed and left my computer. I stopped by a couple of days later and they said they ordered wrong screen and would have to order a new one. I came by a couple of days later to pick it up and technician told me screen was in but It would take him 40 minutes to put screen on. I came back the next day Saturday to pick up computer and Technician told me someone broke my graphic card when they were taking the screen off and they would order a new one and replace it. On Monday another I received a call from Mobile revive and they said graphic card is broke and it is probably best I buy a new computer. So I did and Mobile revive transferred my data and charged me $75. My computer (graphic card) worked when I brought it in. I am not sure what happened.

Mobile Revive has fixed multiple phones for me. Iphones and even a Mavick Pro II Drone. Super responsive. Great customer service. This is my go to spot if Ive damaged my gear. I run my own business and having devices that work is paramount. Appreciate your help!

I went to this place of business expecting a simple screen replacement service. After receiving my device back after the intended repair, I noticed that I could no longer hear out of my audio speaker. I returned because I did not have this issue before their services. I was told that my device needed to be shipped to another location for this repair. Although they did take care of this for free, I was left without my phone for a span of 3 weeks with no tracking information or certainty as to when the device would be returned to me. I asked if I was eligible for some sort of discount or refund for this inconvenience. I was offered $10 in store credit.

Brought my MacBook Air in for what I thought was a battery/backlight issue. I was told that it would take about 1-2 days to diagnose and then a few more to repair.Next day I receive a call telling me my laptop has water damage and cannot be repaired - I was totally surprised by this but trust and believe that they know better than I do. They offered to sell me a refurbished laptop “the same one you have, just one year newer” and would do a data transfer from my old device to the new one. I was informed that it would be ready on Thursday. Did not receive a call updating me that device was ready or would be delayed on Thursday.On Friday, I called and was told that the new device had not arrived in their store but was scheduled for that day and would be ready by Monday.I stopped in on Monday, was told the device was on the truck for delivery that day and, since a data transfer took only a short time, the laptop would be ready before the end of the day. I, again, did not receive a call to update me. Waited until Wednesday to call back. Was told that my device was on the table for the data transfer and would be ready that afternoon. I asked the employee, “will you call me when it is ready.” Was told that they would call. No call that day.I called Thursday morning, a full week after I was initially told I could pick the device up, and was told “we are just finishing up the transfer so you can pick it up.” Arrived at the shop. The refurbished laptop I was set to buy was not the same model as the one I had brought in. When I asked about this, the employee confirmed via their notes/log that I had not been made aware that the refurbished pieces was going to be a different model of computer.The employee, Donovan, was very nice and did acknowledge my frustration. He did transfer my data to an external hard drive and agreed to wipe the data from the refurbished piece. I appreciated my interaction with that employee.I iterated multiple times that, not only is it frustrating to be misled about what they were offering, it was extremely frustrating to not receive any updates from them throughout, unless I called, and to consistently be given information that wasn’t correct.I had planned on having them repair a screen on another device but think I should go elsewhere for that.

Have been getting phones serviced here for years and has always works out great. Fair prices on repairs and even got an iPhone XR for $750 when I dropped my old phone in the toilet. They have fixed simple things on multiple occasions for free. that’s what got me. Could have nickel and dimed me for having lent or saw dust in my charger port or aux port (when i had one) a few times. Cleaned it out and sent me on my way free of charge. Thanks guys for your Great business and I will continue to Support and send people your way when they ask me for a reliable repair company.

Worked with us extensively when my phone unexpectedly stopped accepting a charge and actually directed us to a competitor to purchase a gently used phone to replace my Droid Turbo 2 which died 25 months into its life, conveniently one month after the warranty expired. I will definitely be back if/when I have future cell phone needs.

Dont know what I could ask to be improved. Ive had to walk in a couple times and once the repair was so fast I didnt even have time to get any work done after getting on their wifi. They dont have much of a selection / stock of phones to buy compared to some but as far as repairing goes I dont think Ill ever need to go elsewhere.
