After struggling with other carpet cleaning companies, I decided to try Zerorez based on such good reviews. I am so glad I did. The young man who did the cleaning came masked - that scored many points with me. He called during our window to tell me exactly when he would be arriving and did just that. He was so very pleasant, polite and knowledgable. He listened and told me exactly what I did and didn’t need. So far, so good and even better. I am especially impressed with the technician. My wife and I have used several different carpet cleaning services over the years. With the pandemic, we have not had the opportunity to clean our carpets in well over a year (probably closer to 2 years). We hired this company to get our HVAC system cleaned. Sean was so great! He was kind, patient and answered all of my questions. He kept me updated on everything they were doing, showed me before and after videos and made sure to let me know of any extra costs (of extra vents he found and other services recommended such as the antibacterial spray) before proceeding. It is comforting to know that all those allergens and dust are now gone, they did a fantastic job! We went with the gold package which is definitely an investment, but well worth it especially if you have allergies. Highly recommend 👍

He called before showing up and then worked very quickly but was still extremely thorough. Took a bit under an hour to do 2 full rooms and 2 sets of stairs. We misunderstood the website when scheduling an appointment and put too many sets of stairs, and they were honest and told us it would be less than that. Did not take advantage and charge more. Appreciate that honesty so much! Very pleased! Will use Zerorz again and would recommend to anyone looked for a good carpet cleaner :)

We had them come out to clean our stairs and carpet throughout the whole house. 2 techs came out 1 who was training another. They showed up on time that’s about the only positive from our experience. NOTHING was cleaned. It looks like they just pushed dirty water from room to room not emptying it. High traffic areas were not treated and the carpet actually looks worse than it did before we had them come out.They didn’t clean the closets (even after they were shown empty closets to clean.). They went up and down the very center part of my walk in closet and chose to not clean the outside parts of it at all.When I wasn’t happy with their service and I contacted the main office like they told me to, they brushed me off.I wouldn’t recommend and I definitely won’t use them again. I hope they feel good about taking my $500 🤬Horrible customer service and really bad experience.

I went online scheduled my appointment. I received a confirmation email and text a week before. The day of the appointment John called to let us know the time frame. He provided excellent customer service. We would highly recommend to anyone looking to have their carpets cleaned. We had some nasty stains and the house smells wonderful. It was such an easy process.

Then most recently (06/28/2021), we had Zerorez come out to clean our carpets.We had 4 rooms, hallway, and a flight of stairs with no furniture. While the technician did do every room, it seemed like he rushed the job. The areas that we had the most concern came out great, however we found spots in our bedroom where you could tell it had only been gone over with minimal effort. The service is great when there is a technician that pays attention to what they are doing and care about the quality of their work.

Good job, efficient, had to wait till the end of our appointment window though. A phone call letting us know they were running late would have gone a long way. They said 12 to 3 and showed up at 250 so maybe Im being sensitive. At the same time waiting around for a while without knowing is extremely frustrating. Either way they seemed to have a done good job even with the lack of communication.

Our carpet technician called in advance to let us know when he’d be arriving. He explained the process and price in detail. We have a new puppy and he got spots out that I never thought would come out. Our carpet looks like new!

The company is great to use when they send a technician that gives attention to what they are doing and cares about the quality of their work.

It was easy to schedule and select services online. They had the availability I needed. I timed the cleaning with a move in and needed it done before the movers were scheduled. The day of service was delayed due to an unforeseen issue, but I was made aware of the situation. Thankfully I had flexibility in my schedule and they were still able to get me in same day. If I had not been able to reschedule for the same day it would have thrown a wrench in my plans.I will likely schedule them to clean my filthy couch and hope they can perform miracles on it!
