Easy access off the freeway for travel, but DO NOT STOP HERE. Horrible customer service, bathroom looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months.

It takes your money .. but no adapter for your tire .. despicable.

Located for easy access off the highway for refueling prior to hitting the airport, but restroom was in poor condition with no soap and graffiti on the door. There was also customers without masks on, too, in the store despite KCMO order

This station is convenient to my home or I wouldn’t go here. It is usually out of paper towels, the window washing containers are usually empty and often the trash is overflowing. They also do not participate in the Shell Pay & Save so you can’t pay with the app. I don’t use the convenience store very often so I can’t say much but the few times I have been in there it has been very cramped and cluttered with not much selection.

Way too many prompts at the pump (car wash, join text club, receipt)

Average gas station. Large selection of alcohol! Had a weird stench when you walked in and the bathroom toilet and sink were a little dirty with mildew and stains, but nothing terrible.They take Hy-Vee rewards card! At the pump be sure to hit “rewards” instead of Hy-Vee (didn’t make sense to me either but it’s what the attendant said)

This place smells absolutely amazing and I will flat out come back 4-5 miles because it is clean and smells great!!

Employees here are aweful.

This place is not good to go to with your gas.The attendant was very rud to me when I ask him why my fuel point card is not working.The only thing he can said I could prepay.And the only thing I said is this stupid.Theres a man in the store at the time when I said it. But I guess he was cursing me out of storm.The reason how I found out cause the customer came out and told me that he was cursing me out.

The car wash tore up my factory car rack on my BMW. The chubby cash register operator took pictures and my phone number. I had to remove the rack so it did not further damage my car. It has been 5 days and no call from owner. Avoid this place they are unreliable and do not care.

I went to this shell against my better judgement. My family just had a fire so I drove the entire night for lyft/uber trying to make money to care for my family. I had another job starting in less than two hours and a set of three year old twins to get to daycare. I swiped my card for gas and not only was denied the gas, but the company placed a hold on my card for my entire balance. When I asked for help the employee did not help me, instead he REFUSED to provide me with his name, the managers name/number, AND how to contact corporate. In the midst of us going back and forth, he started arguing with yet another customer. The situation got so out of hand that I had to call the police JUST to get basic information from him. All of this info can be confirmed from the police report. This gas station is horrible, they have horrible ethics and morals. I will NEVER go to this gas station again . . .literally ever. I would run out of gas first. I WAS STILL NEVER REIMBURSED DONT GO HERE, SAVE YOU YOUR MONEY AND THE TROUBLE

I was having trouble with my rewards card, I went inside for some assistance. There were two females inside working but the only thing they could tell me was I was doing it wrong. At the pump the screen had tape residue over the bottom half and I could not see what I needed. Finally after my fourth trip inside for assistance the manager came out to help. What a surprise that pump does not work for rewards. He did help me use pump on other side but I had been there almost 30 minutes to get gas. Also there is a lot of trash all around pumps. Very dirty station. Attendants are not helpful at all.

Not sure whats up but their pumps are not on. The teenager seemed very confused. I asked if I should go somewhere else and she said yes.Do the owners really want a snooty teenager sending away business

Absolutely terrible, was told to fu** off by an employee after asking to move my prepaid gas to another pump as the one I originally selected was broken. Amazing.

Building is in terrible shape, coolers inside barely work, wouldnt trust any of the food. The pumps are slow and break often, the carwash is broken more than it is open. Gas is consistently more expensive than other stations, would not recommend.

Possibly the slowest pumps ever. When combined will the layout and entry/exit design, this is the one gas station Ill avoid at all times of day.

Do not fill here if you have a diesel, changed my fuel filter after filling here 4 consecutive times and it came out brown with several particulates in it!!!
