Requested monthly rates and was signed up for weekly only. When I called about it I spoke with a supervisor AMY, and got absolutely no help at all. I was told I have to go back to the rental counter, 45 minutes away, to speak to someone. I thought she was the supervisor. Then she says shes the only supervisor bs.. Im not so sure she was a supervisor at all. Will make sure I spread the word and never rent from dollar rental again.. they will charge you according to what gets them the most money out of you.
Smooth experience from start to finish, not to mention that they were the cheapest rental in town. The construction at the airport makes them a bit harder to get to but definitely worth it. I live in Kansas City so thats a DEFINITE seal of approval from me! We got a Chevy Trax that was loaded with amenities for 4 days for around $300, INCLUDING insurance. They beat Enterprise by SEVERAL miles. Thanks, guys, for making everything easy!
Great customer service! We were in line for a total of MAYBE 10 minutes and were greeted with a smiling face. She quickly pulled up our reservation and outlined all of the details about collision protection, damage, deposit, and gas. We were showed where to get the car, guided to the selection and got to choose the vehicle we wanted out of our category. The car we selected was clean, roomy, and fuel efficient. We were very pleased with this car rental agency and location.
Standard rental car experience, good price clean cars. What really mattered is that I had some extra charges I didnt see until I reached my destination, which would have doubled the cost. I couldnt make it back to the airport until the day of my flight. At which point I was certain they would say I had already finished my rental and they couldnt help. I was very surprised when the attendant (Jeanine at KCI Airport) after asking some questions and listening to what happened. Was able to take off all the extra charges that had accidentally been added. I would absolutely use dollar again after the experience I had.
Dollar car rental add to Kansas City airport is being operated by Hertz rental and they really don’t care about dollar rental. I rented online a 6 Passenger minivan what I got I was and told the only thing I could get for six people. We had six people for adults and two teenagers plus a cooler and luggage, we ended up leaving the cooler and part of the luggage at home as we took our vacation. When we return the vehicle I tried to let them know that the oil light kept coming on a service maintenance light kept coming on the air conditioner blew cool at best and the check in people didn’t care. I will NEVER RENT FROM HERTZ OR DOLLAR Ever again.
We rented a 2018 Chevy Equinox with 45,000 miles. It seemed like the car was in an accident previously; the back passenger window was popped out of place, so the wind was excessively loud. We noticed it was driving rather rough, but we assumed it was the type of car because it was supposed to be inspected prior to us renting. On our second time driving the car, we broke down on the side of the road. We called their road side assistance, and we stayed on hold for over an hour. Eventually, we called the customer service line on a separate phone, and we were told to leave a number for them to call back as they were escalating the problem. It has been five hours so far, and we have yet to speak to anyone who plans to come out. No one has gotten a location for the car or anything. We are now recalling to try to get this resolved, but we are back on hold AGAIN! Frankly, they may say they inspect the car, but they do not do a full inspection. Nor do they provide good service once you break down. I just really hope they don’t charge anything extra, like some of the other reviews. We WILL NOT pay for their mistakes. Good luck guys.
DOLLAR replaced my malfunctioning car and CHARGED ME for delivering it and picking up the other one. They refused to refund and now claim nothing was even wrong with that car
The worst experience I have ever had with a rental company. I had to wait on hold for over a hour any time I tried to reach someone to get my questions answered. I was told repeatedly what my final charge would be, LITERALLY the day of returning verified with the individual who checked my car back in that I should have only received a 54$ charge... well what do you know when I check my credit card it was 150$. I had already paid for the vehicle up front and pre-filled the gas tank for the return. Do not rent from this company. There is no way their business dealings are legal.
Rented a car from the terminal as a Dollar Express member. The SUV that I had reserved Was not available and the agent was very rude, did not make eye contact with me and told me to proceed to row A or 1 cant remember and choose a car. There were three small cars available. 2 out of 3 smelled like someone had smoked 2 packs of cigarettes in out earlier that day and the third was an older car with over 75000 miles on it.Chose the older car and within 24 hours the car broke down. There is no direct line to Kansas City Dollar rental car agency, I had to call the main customer service line. I was stranded in a parking lot for over 3.5 hours before an agent told me the car had to be towed . I needed to get to my hotel and eat (it was now 1145PM) and had to find an Uber which took over an hour. Bottom line, for the love of God, please choose another car rental agency - one that can provide good customer service when you need it.

The rental car had an Automatic Emergency Braking system malfunction warning go off after about two minutes of driving. Then for the rest of the drive the high-pitched buzzing noise continued. The only person I could get to answer the phone connected me to someone else who never answered, so we were stuck with the buzzing all weekend long. I tried to reach out via email and got no reply. Our flight was so early that no one was a round to talk to upon our return. To top it all off, we were charged $101 more than it was supposed to be booked for (and we returned it with a full tank).
Would not ever rent a car from then again. Had a prepaid reservation. They are supposed to be open until 8pm at the airport pickup location got there at 6:30pm and they had already left for the day, several other people had reservations as well and and had to scramble to rent a car from more expensive places
We were stranded in a rural area with a blown tire and overheating AWD system. We could not get through to the emergency number after waiting on hold for 3 hours, they just kept disconnecting the call. We had to borrow someone else’s vehicle to take the wheel into a shop an hour away and waste an entire day of our short vacation dealing with this. Absolutely the worst experience with a company you could have.

(THIS IS AFTER INSTALLING 3 CAR SEATS IN THE REAR)When arriving at the counter. They tried to charge me the entire price of my reservation and informed me that within 10 days I would have my refund from the cancelation.I already paid and should have only had to pay THE TAXES AND INCIDENTAL HOLD LIKE THE AGENT TOLD ME THE NIGHT BEFORE WHEN I SPECIFICALLY CALLED AND ASKED HOW MUCH AT THE COUNTER.IT TOOK ME 2 HOURS BECAUSE I WAS GETTING NO HELP FROM HERTZ AND DOLLAR WAS FREAKING CLOSED AT THIS LOCATION AT 130 IN THE AFTERNOON. Flight was delayed so we were late to get car rental. They gave it to someone else. Our only option was an additional $600. So disappointed. We didnt take the car. The people at counter couldnt help. The 800 number was busy, I waited over 30 minutes before I hung up. We used an uber instead of rental car.
I spoke with someone the day before my trip and he stated I couldnt use a debit card for the type of car I reserved. When I went and looked back at my reservation, confirmation, the debit card policy was listed under it and it said nothing about not being able to use it for that car. Ill never try them again. Sticking to Budget from here on out.

After being disappointed by Enterprise.Dollar car renter made it easy to rent a car.My husband and I drive trucks for a living, we parked our truck in Missouri and need to get to Fort Riley Kansas to see our son before he left for deployment.Our drop off went easy all we had to do was just pull up and give them our keys.And we got a emailed invoice and it was for the amount quoted to us.

Considering the size of the line, service was quick. Rental car has been fun to drive! The location of rental cars at MCI is off the beaten path requiring a bus ride to get there. Obviously, I do not blame the Dollar Rent a Car company for that as they had no part in that planning. Perhaps when the new MCI terminal is built, the rental car companies will be located in a more accessible location.

Beware!!! If you are traveling to a state with electronic tolls, Dollar kindly charges you a processing fee of $15 per toll fee - so yes a .75 toll fee in actuality is $15.75. Just got a bill for $15 in Texas tolls (from .75 to $5) Dollar charged $90 to process each of them for me. No option to pay the state directly. Would’ve been decent to let me know ahead of time to register with the state’s toll authority.
Worst place ever, Ive been trying to get my receipt for my rental car online and even via phone call and they will not give it to me. So disappointing. I rented a cat from them for 3 months and they cannot give me my receipt, its pretty.
Customer service at check in was great super nice ladies at counter. The only issue was returning car no guys out there in pouring rain and had to wait and just to ensure I get a receipt went inside to counter.
Very helpful staff. Speedy check in/out. The car ran like a top and they were very accommodating when I had to add two more days on to my rental.
The staff were incredibly slow. They also lied about an early drop off the car we received smelled musty. The facility layout for getting the car was poor. I had to pay a $25 fee because I dropped off the car early. I’m an Avis rental fan and only rented from dollar since it was supposed to be cheaper for a one way rental. I’m not so sure.
I just want to let you know what a wonderful employee you have working for you at the Kansas City International Airport. Emily is her name and I feel she did an amazing job on November 12th. It was a very cold and snowy day and I had to return my car to your Dollar Express lot at the airport. My Mother and two sons were with me and my Mother walks with a cane. She was very concerned about walking from our rental car over to the area to get a ride over to the airport. Emily noticed my Mother trying to get out of our rental and my youngest son, age 12, was trying to help her. My oldest son, age 16, was getting our suitcases from the trunk and I was getting our carry on etc. Emily pulled her vehicle right up behind ours and said she would take care of us. She was so absolutely helpful and my Mother, in particular, was so amazed how she got us and our suitcases in her car and took us right over to the airport and dropped us off right at the door. We were all so thankful for her and my Mother was so happy for all her help. She told Emily that she would say a prayer for her at church the next Sunday for Emily.Please let her know that we appreciated everything she did for us. You all did a good job and when we come back to the KCI Airport again, we will be sure to rent our car from your company.
Absolutely terrible experience. The man at the return center scanned my car and took the keys. He said there was nothing else I needed to do. They did not close out the rental correctly so I have been charged $100 every day since. The customer service department failed to close out the rental for me twice now. They recommended I go back to the rental office and close it myself in person, that is 400 miles away. I was forced to contest the charges and cancel the credit card on file.Would never go back to this company for any future business.
The car was clean with low mileage. The counter crew was most helpful. I managed to go a few minutes over the 24 hour mark and got billed for an extra day. As a courtesy, Dollar waived the extra charges and credited by card. These people care about customer satisfaction. Well done, Dollar!
I rented through a third party with Dollar. I did not get the loss and damage protection (would have been cheaper through the 3rd party). When getting to Dollar the front desk agent did not speak very good English and it was EXTREMELY difficult to understand him. He talked super fast as well. None of the 4 people in my party understood what he was saying to us either. I hated to be the person to ask for a different agent for his poor English. He did ask if i wanted to add loss and damage to the car for which I said I DID NOT want.I knew I would have to put a credit card down and they would hold a certain amount just in case for a deposit. After leaving my friends and I all looked at each other and said I have no idea what he just said to us. I paid all the tolls on the Florida toll roads (I was never told that they were pre-paid for with my card I laid down).I returned the car in perfect condition with a full tank of gas. That weekend my credit card was charged $321. I called Dollar the following Monday about why. The customer service person said that it was for the $28/day loss and damage fee as well as a $10/day toll fee charge. I told them I waived the loss and damage fee and was not aware of the toll fee. Because I had signed after he ran my card (thinking they just needed my signature to take the car). I felt like they conned me. They also said there isnt an option to waive the toll fee. They said they could only refund me half. I wrote a complaint email to dollar hoping to get a full refund, they said because I signed they could only refund half and that I am always more than welcome to read the contract before leaving the desk.Needless to say I would not rent from Dollar. The desk agent screwed me and customer service wouldnt fix the problem.
The experience as a whole wasnt horrible. The guy at the counter was nice and helpful. My only problem was I had to wait 40 minutes for another one of my debit cards to be brought to me. When I had called customer service to ask exactly what was needed to check out they told me my ID and a credit/debit card. I took that as only needing one, but for identification purposes I needed 2 forms of either a ID or credit card to prove I was who I said I was. Im thankful they are checking but I was never told that. Its a good thing I lived 20 minutes away, but what wouldve happened if I flew in from 1,000s of miles away? I wouldnt of gotten a car. Just know what to bring and youll be okay. As a first time renter I had no idea, and they wont tell you specifically.
I was amazed at the prices to rent a car with Dollar. They were so good that I cancelled other reservations to go with Dollar if the price was right. The service was very business like. And the agent at the counter was very helpful and accommodating when I was not able to access the Dollar Express service because the agent who worked this service was gone. I was very pleased with the way I was able to receive service so efficiently.
I had one of the best experiences this morning at KCI. I was very nervous bc of all the bad reviews. As soon as i got there the lady at the gate was so nice and helpful. Then I went inside and the 2 ladys that helped me were so nice. Mina made me feel very comfortable ! Great conversations and the process went smoothly so i can enjoy christmas with my family. I have rented cars from Dollar many times but I think the MCIlocation was the most pleasant experience to date! Heidi at the frontdesk really went out of her way to assist me in directions andupdates on the road. Thank you very much for making the trip apositive one.

Pros: Fast and EasyCons: Being three months shy of my 25th birthday, I fully expected to pay extra for a rental car. When I booked it online, there was not a single mention of an underage fee. I assumed it had been built in to my daily rate. When I got the car, the woman at the desk spoke so fast I couldnt understand her and I was quickly ushered out the door. Upon returning the car, I was charged a $212 underage fee. I wouldnt have minded this, but the fact that it was essentially snuck on on to my bill felt very shady. I will be very cautious renting a car in the future.

Every other car rental line was 1 person or empty. Dollar hertz and thrifty are all shoved into the same line. Go with national or avis instead. Not worth saving 10 dollars to wait in line for 30 minutes when every other line is empty.
That was the most amazing rental I have had to deal with. I did it online and signed up to be a member in my account area I was able to add my debit card. We walked in and told the reservation number she said slide your debit card asked to see it then drivers lic(Keep in mind every other rental place has insane policies about renting with a debit card) after that said thank you your car is at the curb and we walked outside to see it there warmed and waiting for us. It was also the cheapest and I made my reservation within and hr of picking it up. I LOVE YOU GUYS TYAdded Maps Quest tells you to go to London drive for your rental....this is not right that is where you go to drop off your rental. You need to go to the airport terminals and park then wait in one of the Shuttle stalls for car rentals they will free of charge take you to the lobby of all car rentals and this is the only way to get to your airport car rental.
Recently my mother in law suffered a mild stroke and a brain aneurism that caused her to be life-flighted to a bigger hospital where she was admitted into ICU. My family loaded our car and went to Wichita KS not knowing what we were in for. When Sunday (23-Sept-2018) evening came around, my wife wanted to stay with her mom (understandably). The kids and I needed to come back to the KC area for school and work.I made a reservation online Saturday afternoon with Dollar, using my debit card, which Dollar was happy to take and charge. My wife dropped me at the airport and went back to the hospital to be with her mom, thinking we were all set for the rental. When I got to the counter to pick up the car, I was told that Dollar was unable to rent to me without either an airline ticket or a major credit card. I dont use stand alone credit cards; I use debit cards and cash.As I was standing at the counter, I was told that the reason I wasnt able to use my online reservation was because too many vehicles were stolen and the debit cards were attached to bank accounts without funds to replace the stolen vehicles. The woman working that day at the Dollar counter in Wichita, did tell me that I could get a refund for the online reservation charge. (I even attached the card I got there so youd know I was at Eisenhower Airport in Wichita.)After 2 weeks, and no refund, I called the service desk at Dollar and retold the situation. The woman who took my call simply could not comprehend why I didnt have any airline information. I tried to explain that I simply needed a car to get from point A to point B and that because the distance was short, it didnt require a plane ticket. They transferred me a couple of times and finally someone delivered the Were sorry to hear about your family member but you are not entitled to a refund speech.The reason that I selected an airport terminal to airport terminal rental, was because I didnt need the transportation for more than a few hours, to get from Wichita to Kansas City. I had no need for an extra days rental so I chose an agency location that would be open on Sunday afternoon.This was a medical emergency and I can still provide any documentation to prove I wasnt trying to commit fraud or anything like that. I only hope that you dont find yourself in our situation where they take your money, and keep it during a challenging time, like they did to us!Rest assured Dollar Staff, this is getting cross posted anywhere I can think of, but enjoy the ~$62 that you took from me. I will not be doing business with this agency going forward. Oh, and by the way, Budget was happy to rent a car to me on the same card, with no issues.
I needed a way one rental from Kansas City to Omaha, and noticed how much more reasonable the rate was for Dollar/Thrifty. As a frequent traveler, I scoured these sites before booking, having seen other negative experiences in other cities from this company. However, I had a fantastic experience. I walked up to find a line into the hallway, but it only took 15 minutes for the team to accommodate everyone in front of me. The man who assisted me was extremely friendly and knowledgable, and even upgraded my rental size because they were out of the one I booked. My car was clean, worked perfectly, and I dropped it in Omaha today with an equally friendly female. It was the BEST value for my dollar on this trip and I couldnt be happier!

I have rented a car in Florida they have tolls we paid cash for all tools dallor has billed me for unpaid tolls of 5 dallors but charged me a 20 dollar charge to for handling. This is a scam and i will never use this company again no matter what the rate is
I have always rented from Dollar rental when traveling to Kansas City and never had any complaints. This last trip was AMAZING because when I pulled in to drop off my car, I was informed that they would shuttle me to the airport in my car for FREE! I was traveling with my 5 month old and all the many pieces of luggage and equipment that is needed, so that was a lifesaver!
During my reservation at the Kansas Airport, staff named VALERY is so helpful and caring. She helped to explain each and every charges. She is so sweet and caring. One of the best experience

While not the easiest location to find (its actually in the terminal) the car was in good condition and fairly clean. The detailing could have been better but I will say I was able to take a full business with the trip with no issues with the car, no billing surprises, and no hassle from the staff.Unlimited milage, decent ride, good cost. Overall, Ill use them again in the future.
Arrived to the airport late at night so I just wanted to pick up my car and get on the road. The attendant asked me if I wanted insurance protection or just the charge of the car. “Just the charge of the car,” I said. I should’ve looked at the contract because I was charged the highest insurance fee for 5 days, and I didn’t realize. This is partly my fault, I understand, but I didn’t ask for this insurance and didn’t realize that I was being charged such a high fee. Customer service refused to refund the charges once I explained the situation. A lesson learned to ask questions about what you’re being charged before you sign the contract even when you tell the employee that you do not want ANY insurance. I will not be renting from dollar ever again.

Kansas city MO Dollar is the worst....had an express reservation and they didn’t have it in their system. Had 2 people working the counter at 11pm on nov 12, 2019 and both clerks left the counter unattended for 20 mins. Said they went to look for cars. Both of them moved so slowly it was almost comical. I have never experienced a more disorganized unprofessional operation. If Uber and Lyft bankrupt Dollar they got what they deserved. Don’t take your customer for granted.
Wind sheild washer didnt work, needed especially in wintry weather conditions. And yes, there was washer fluid in the car. Advisable to do functionality checks before leaving the lot...

Im typically loyal to Avis, but due to the advertised price I could not pass up the deal at dollar rental car. Wow, I made a mistake. They pulled the bait and switch move. The car I reserved online wasnt available. When I showed up, the very rude clerk told me all they had were upgrades. Typically, if a rental car agency doesnt have your car available, they will upgrade you at no charge. Not here! The girl informed me that I can go somewhere else or pay double to get an upgrade.Considering I just flew 5 hours with toddlers to get there, and waited in line 20 minutes, I did not have the time or patients to go somewhere else. I decided to bite my tongue and get the car.Long story short, the customer service was unacceptable at best. I was victim of the classic bait and switch technique. The car I reserved wasnt available, the clerk gave me an ultimatum to pay for an upgrade or find a car somewhere else. This is my last time to ever do business with dollar.I would never recommend renting from here.

What a nice surprise....checkout was no hassle and I was on my way in a flash (got in after midnight). Car was peppy (VW station wagon, farfugneugen), ran well, got good mileage, and had some neat yet peculiar features. Checkin was what pleasently surprised me: the car was not completely clean when I picked it up but didnt notice til next day. At turn-in I mentioned and they knocked off a significant % of the bill with no hassle or pushing. That was a nice touch imo.

Currently have a rental from dollar and trying to contact them and I can not find a local phone number. Only number is an international one and they say they don’t have the local number. This place is a POS!!! They gave us a care seat that is to small and we can’t ever get ahold of them to exchange it.
I wish I could give zero stars. I travel frequently for work and recreation, have rented with almost every rental car vendor, and have never had such a horrible customer service experience. The fee they charged was $200 higher than what was on the reservation, the people at the desk were extremely rude, when I called to speak to a customer service representative after I saw my bill I had to hold over 30 minutes on the phone to speak to another rude employee. Then when I went on their website to write a formal complaint the online Customer Assistance form - specifically for complaints and inquiries - had an Error Processing Request each time I tried to submit. Rent with a more reputable company.
I told them I waived car insurance that night and he still put$23 /day coverage on there and the screen thing I signed which was 8 screens long small fine print never added up the costs but listed them . extremely confusing and sly. I tried getting it fixed but they said they cant do anything since I signed...at 1 am after traveling for 12hrs hate. cheaters. I specifically told the guy that I had called my insurance and waived the insurance options they ordered. He never once told me the cost of it or that I was getting it. Partly my fault for not reading every word but also poor management on their part for something it on there. On my flight I say next to guy who had the exact same thing happen to and he rented from this same company.makes me suspicious of their dirty dealings.

Watch for hidden charges. The car was clean. The people friendly. Bad part- Rented at other companies with a free spouse as driver. We were told $13 to add a spouse but it was $13 a DAY! No more dollar rental for us. Called customer service- long hold times and not helpful.
Cheap for rentals. I dont like how you have to put in your card information online if you pay when you get there
This is by far the worst rental car company I have ever used, their prices are ridiculous for a company that is supposed to be cheaper and they rip you off with all kinds of little charges, not to mention there shuttle from the airport took forever to show up and the employees are less than sub par. do yourself a favor and go with a more reputable company.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! We went through an unknown toll road that THEIR GPS sent us through and were charged a total of $2.82 in tolls. What tops it off they charged me $60 in admin fees for these tolls!! Called to get it corrected and their 3rd party were very rude and said that its in the contract?? Really? Youre going to charge your customer nearly 23 TIMES the amount of the toll? I WILL NEVER RENT FROM YOUR DISGUSTING COMPANY AGAIN!! I WILL ALSO MAKE SURE MY COMPANY NEVER DOES AS WELL!!!
After shopping through Priceline, Dollar was my best bet. I had a few questions about mileage and insurance, so I called Dollar directly. They answered my questions and were able to offer me an even better deal. Make sure to print out your confirmations to take to the Rental Counter! Everyone from Customer Service to the Rental Counter Staff treated me well and went beyond my requests. The Nissan Altima was a perfect fit. Thank you for making my travel throughout Missouri enjoyable.
Horrible customer service. No one could hardly speak English. Had to call back 3 time to finally talk to a normal person. Will never use them again. Rather take the bus. Slammed me in fees to hold the car another two days. Filing a complaint with the State of Missouri.
August 26th, 2017 I t raveled from Kansas City to Portland, Oregon for my uncles Celebration of Life. I reserved a car with another car rental. When I got to Portland I had to wait for the 4th bus to take me to the rental agency. When I stepped out of the bus I saw 25+ people in line waiting to rent a car. I knew then that I would be late for the celebration and immediately got back on the bus to the terminal. I went inside and Dollar Car Rental had no one in line waiting so went to their counter and pleaded my case. The agent could not have been any nicer, immediately put me into a SUV (only size available) and the service and promptness was well worth the additional $18.50 quoted from Alamo. I vowed then that I would use Dollar Rental in the future. I am leaving tomorrow for Boise to visit another ill uncle and am reserving from Dollar.
Service was pretty good and I was pleasantly surprised they didnt try to upsell me on anything or apply hidden charges. Car was nice but could have been cleaner.
Easy check in and check out at MCI. I will use them again

Dollar Rent A Car is a big ripoff! The upgrade charge was excessive and for adding an additional driver and then charged us $15 administrative fee for each toll that was a little over one dollar for each one. We only put on less than 200 miles and wasnt able to find a gas station close to the airport so we were charged $75.00 and there was still an half a tank of gas left. I would not recommend them!
Customer service was awful. We were in Ft Lauderdale, where their are no toll booths, they go off your car. So there was NO way to pay tolls individually. I get a bill for tolls $7.92, which Im ok with, that is what I figured I would get. BUT also an administrative fee of $90! NEVER ever use Dollar rental car again. EVER. Customer service was awful and it took forever to get a car. DONE with Dollar.
Slow service, but convenient location
They disnt tell me about a deposit. They didnt have the car advertised online. I am not happy and it was extra insurance on top of the so calles full coverage.
The counter folks at Kansas City Dollar are wonderful to work with, very friendly and they get you on your way as quickly as possible.

Bait and switch:: ordered phoenix az, picked up kc airport and said the unit i ordered online were all out, and put me for the same money in a 4 cylinder Malibu. in stead of a dodge challenger . the Malibu sucked ...........never again...........i hate companys that bait and switch . October 2016
What a con game going on here. They charge for even early returns. They require you to fill up at a gas station within ten miles or they charge you a penalty. Their gas rage was $10 a gallon. Go to a more reputable auto rental company.

The rate was inexpensive and the car was nice, so that was the plus side. However the wait at the counter was over and hour, which was not so nice.
Britnee at the KCI Airport counter is always a big help.

Very effective and very good price
By far lies and deception. Everyones experience is different but the most common one I read was that they lied. Hidden charges and lies bout the policy. Rented a car 2014 malibu for for 5 days, and when confronted on the charges and fees they lied and didnt listen trying to distract people when they have you signing things. Again everyones review is different but I will no longer support any rental agency. Hope you all enjoy.
ZERO stars!!!!! They are the worst car rental company. They wasted 3 hours of my time for nothing. After i have done my reservation online, I ended up renting my car from another company due to their horrible service and policy. I dont recommend it at all. Horrible!!!
Easy facility to get through quickly and gas station with good prices close to rental facility too.
Needing to pay an additional $13 / day fee for an extra driver, while on vacation is a bit excessive, and unnecessary. If you cant trust your 26 year old son to drive the family, who can you trust?
