Customer service was amazing! Units are clean and free of smell, as well as the grounds. Prices were better than average - but depends on capacity. Finding one with low capacity brings the price down and promotes great deals to fill units.

Both Becky and Nathan are always helpful and professional when I talk to them when I pay my bill. I rented a space after my mom passed away and I dont have room for all the sentimental items. Things have been there for about 3 years. Another time I rented a larger space from them when I was redoing my basement and another storage business would not give me the larger size that I needed. I didnt have any problem getting the right size for my needs from them Public Storage. I appreciate them.

Nathan is a standup manager. He is honest and customer focused. He explains all of the policies, promotions, and accessories in detail. The office is small but features many moving necessities. The Holmes Road location appears secure and well maintained.Their prices are comparable to other storage communities but they feature more relevant promotions. This is my second time conducting business at this location. The first experience was only for thirty days this time the duration will be longer.

Had a very nice 👌 experience with Public Storage. It was easy to apply for a storage locker online. Their website provided locations, locker sizes and prices. The prices were very competitive with other storage sites. Was able to find what I needed and was satisfied with the site. Would gladly 😏 recommend to anyone looking for storage space.

This place was awful. I rented from them for less than two years . Within that time the rent went up without notification twice. My bank would not allow automatic payment because they thought it was a fraudulent transaction. My locks where changed while I was working out of state and when I returned to gather my belongings a note was written inside the unit. “Your mom is a pack rat”, expecting my son to pick these items up. To finalize the deal items were missing from the unit including a crystal cake plate top trash cans Christmas wrapping paper and shoes. Idk what these folks where doing. Smh

Nathan is AWESOME!! I have rented storage from him for business and clients on multiple occasions. He is very knowledgeable about his facility, he is friendly, prompt and helpful. I love the drive up ability for easy access and like that the staff is onsite.

My reception on checking in so far has been horrid. Did all paperwork on line and the employee on site is rude and upset with me for just showing up. Been here 10 min so far and all she done is type. She has not asked me for any info yet. Curt and rude.

After paying a my bill on time and going to get things from my rented unit I was denied access through the gate. I spoke with the worker who pulled my name up on her screen. Fortunately, I had my paid receipt with me. She discovered that my name had been my name had been misspelled.Although she was apologetic and respectful on another visit on my daughters behalf who also had rented a unit I experienced some of the WORST most DISRESPECTFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE in resent years! This after suggesting that the spelling of her name be double checked. I was asked to leave and when I asked for the number of the district manager he pointed and said “it over there.” This guy seemed to be indifferent to my kind.

I must tell you of my most Delightful experience I had in procuring proper storage from an absolute WONDERFUL sales proprietor named young Nathaniel. I was hesitant at first to upgrade to a larger facility to store my household belongings that have temporarily been displaced from House Nero as our home is dealing with renovations. Upon completion of the most WONDERFUL business transaction young Nathaniel was able to show me amble packaging supplies to protect and store my belongings. Most DELIGHTFUL. Would recommend. Wish I could give 10 Stars. I am indeed in your doubt fine sir!

Used this storage facility for one month between moves and it worked out perfect! Only $50 with the discount and no contract. Hard to find a place that lets you rent for just one month at this great of a price! Friendly staff and secure process to get in and out of the complex and the units. You do have to buy one of their locks, but it was worth it and I kept it for future needs.

Nathan has helped me on many occasions, I have found him to be punctual when i needed to come in and pay, or gain access and forgot my code. He has even showed me different size units so i could save some money.thanks Scott Winokur

My experience at this property on Holmes Rd. is welcoming... i come in and pay for my unit and then Im on my way. the property manager josh was very detailed when i first came to rent on this property a few months ago and when i come in to pay on my unit he is very pleasant and nice. In my best opinion i dont see why any one wouldnt come rent from this property even on rainy days like now, my personal belongings are safe and dry. so i thank you public storage for giving me peace of mind and a place where i can store my belongings.

Staff is nice and helpful. Thete have been no lights sice i started renting. That was 8 months ago. They keep saying theyre going to be fixed but eight months to fix the outdoor lights come on doesnt matter so much in the summer but it sure as heck matters when the starts getting dark earlier pretty creepy in there night felt like I got half my storage money just blown away to nothing because I couldnt stay there after dark
