This is a VERY GOOD MAN WHO RUNS A VERY GOOD AND HONEST SHOP!!! I had purchased a Saab in need of repair and had it towed to Doug. He was very good, very prompt, very courteous and very reasonable. If you have a European car and need a GREAT non-dealer mechanic... This is your guy! I was extremely happy with him! Doug can be a deal breaker for me in purchasing a European car. In this I mean if he were not around... I may be reluctant and hesitate buying another foreign car. A +, 5 Star rating!
