Fantastic service from the first email to picking up my car after work. I had several obvious door dings, and a nice old dent from a shopping cart. I would absolutely recommend to anyone that needed pdr services. I went in for a casual appraisal. Kelly helped me at first and she noticed some waves in my paint. She had the owner come out and check it out. He looked it over and was able to find why it looked like that. At some point my truck had been professionally repaired. They did a bad job with bondo on both doors and they also left tooling marks in the clear coat. Even though they werent his mistakes he went ahead and offered to fix them as well. The truck turned out absolutely awesome. The icing on the cake was they charged me less than the price they quoted!

I’ll update this after my service appointment Monday, but the initial process is worth of a review. The wind pulled my door into a concrete post when I was getting gas. I called 2 body shops and neither one was willing to even look at it same day to tell me if it could be repaired, let alone tell me how much. I stopped in Baja as I was right next to it. I was given a very reasonable quote to fix and was scheduled an appointment for the next business day. Can’t really beat that in my opinion.

2012 challenger. Body shop wanted 1,354.78 dollars Joey did it for 275. He actually called me same day said it was ready. But wanted a bit more time to get the lines perfect. And he did 100%. Highly recommended. Kenny king DTRT.

Great shop! Great service! Great people! I took my car in after getting a large door ding right on the body line of my car. I wasn’t sure if it could be completely repaired, but they did it and it looks brand new! They did such a great job and were so nice - they even gave me a ride home and picked me up. I highly recommend and, if needed (hopefully not!), would use them again!

The men who work here are phenomenal! Great customer service. They worked back and forth with my insurance company, made sure I had a ride to/from the shop, educated me on the process, and were transparent. I’m so happy to have my car back to looking like new again. I had extensive damage on my 2018 Cruze from a bad hail storm and they made it seem like my car never went through it. They even touched up a chip in my paint that my insurance denied coverage for. I did some research before choosing this shop and I’m thankful I did! Would highly recommend.

I had a pretty bad door ding (paintless) on a difficult spot to fix. Joey was awesome and the prices were fair. He promised me 95% fix but to me it looks 100%. I highly recommend Baja!!

I couldn’t be happier with the work these guys did on my Avalon! Some joker put a triple dent door ding on my passenger door on Christmas Eve at Costco. After Baja Image worked their magic, there’s no evidence any of the dents were ever there. Great job done by nice guys. Highly recommended.

About 6 months after getting my dream car (Tesla Model 3) I got a massive door ding. A woman parked close to me on a windy day and when she opened her car door, wham, right into my door while I was still in it. Right on the crease too. Ive since learned to park as far away as everybody else in a lot.I went to a Tesla approved shop in the area. Even though there was no paint damage they didnt think PDR would get it completely fixed. They wanted to replace both doors and repaint. I was very disappointed that was my only option so I shopped around and found Baja Image PDR in KC, MO. They are highly rated for a reason. In one day they repaired the dent and you cant tell it was ever hit. Their repair also will not show up on a Carfax. They even repaired some other minor dings (which I honestly couldnt even see even after they were pointed out to me) and buffed out a couple small scratches. Highly recommended!

I purchased a van sight unseen on an auction. The description said hail damage on the roof, well it turned out to be along the passenger side as well. The folks at baja image fixed the damage for a very reasonable price and did a fantastic job. I would highly reccomend this place to anybody with dents and dings on their vehicle.

This is a great place. The staff were very friendly and family oriented. They were very knowledgeable. They also worked with my on my deductible which helped me out tremendously. Overall a great shop. I would recommend this shop for paintless body repair. I recently had some work done at Baja Image repair. Specifically I had some hail damage repaired. I had a lot of damage on my hood and various spots around the car. I was set to turn in my car to the dealership as it was a lease. So I did not want to spend a lot of time and money fixing a car that I was returning to the dealership. I got a very good estimate and it was approved by the insurance company. They had my car ready within the day. Also when dropping off the car the folks at the shop were nice enough to take me and my kids back to the house. They mentioned they did not want me to have to cross those busy streets with my children to get to the car rental place. Also they fixed it so fast I did not have to rent a car. So overall a great spot, real friendly staff and took car of my car in a very fast efficient manner. Also when turning in my car to the dealership they could not tell there had been any damage. So the car turn in went great. Great job yall!
