Brian and his son did a great job. The job was vent cleaning and it was for 3 floors worth of vents. There were several things going oat my home which probably made it a much more difficult job for them but they didnt complain. They took care to make sure that they didnt damage anything and did their best to meet my expectations. Having the owner on site is truly a benefit when using this company because he cares about the job. I am happy with the work that was done and how everything was handled. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs this service.

This company was amazing! I had one day off to get my carpets cleaned and they were there the very same day. 15 minutes a head of schedule! They were fast, friend, efficient, AND affordable!

Due to the amount of rain weve had recently, our basement flooded and the carpets needed help asap! Brian was fast to come and assess the situation for us and give us his knowledgeable advice and tips in order to save our carpet rather than having to replace it. He used his machines to suck out any excess water that he could and then after fan drying the floor for a couple of days, he returned to clean and deodorize them. He worked with us with our schedules and was very reasonably priced. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for fair prices for quality work! Our carpets look newer now than they did before the basement flood!

Brian showed up on time and fully prepared with all the necessary equipment. He explained the processes he would use and set about his work. He worked thoroughly and efficiently and the results were much better than I expected. The carpet was very well cleaned and looked rejuvenated. He went over the hardwood floors four times (vacuum, wet clean, wet clean, treatment) allowing time to dry in between the wet processes. He showed me the water from his machine after the second wet cleaning and I was very surprised to see how much dirt it picked up after the floor having already been vacuumed once and cleaned once. The treatment he put down after the cleanings gave the floor a nice rich luster. He also cleaned my dryer vent. After seeing how much lint was in the vent, Im glad I had him do it.

Friendly Cleaning Services came to our home to clean our ducts. Before the cleaning, we constantly had dust on every service in our home. No matter how much we cleaned, the dust always returned after a day or 2. After Brian cleaned our ducts a couple of weeks ago, problem solved. Greatly reduced the amount of dust in our house. I had several small stains that other cleaners were unable to remove. When Brian arrived I pointed out the trouble spots. He jokingly said that if he couldnt get them out then no one could. Brian went to work on the carpet and explained the process he uses. I paid Brian the very reasonable fee and he left. I went to check out the stains and they were all gone. Stains that had been in my home for 7+ years were completely removed. Also unlike the carpet cleaners I have used in the past, the carpet was fully dry within a couple hours. Brian was amazing. We had just bought a new home and the sellers had very successfully disguised the smell of dog urine which was spread throughout the entire house. The day before we moved in the smell became incredibly apparent and we could see pee stains in every room. Brian came out on the day we called him and was able to get all of our carpets cleaned, stains removed and was even kind enough to take a black light and show us the worst areas where the dog had been so we can plan to replace the padding in the future. I want to start by saying (this is long but good) I heard rave reviews so I used Brians company. Brian was very cool, professional, laid back and non judgemental (Our carpets were in pretty bad shape from 2 older rescue dogs with incontinence issues and a small parrot making a mess on the carpet (sorry forgot to tell you about the bird, Brian) and my Dad being an older man having hard time maintaining his home since we lost his wife, my Mom.NOW....the carpet has been brought back to life, they look and are starting to smell awesome (can still smell urine slightly, but we know thats normal until they dry out and after its been a few days...its only been a day). We will use Brian every month or bi monthly to maintain them. Im sure we dont need to after the great job he did because he will think Im OCD, but for peace of mind and it just feels so good to have seemingly new carpet again. We will now use and have purchased dog diapers on line (If you are needing, research the most comfortable for the dog or animal cant remember the brand)Anyway Brian has great rates, way more thorough than I ever expected in our home, treated our belongings very carefully, and again, the rates are amazing, especially using a ton of pet deodorizer.One last thing, my daughter was the only one able to be home for Brians visit due to a family emergency. Brian knew this and brought his wife, Emily, just to make my daughter felt comfortable since this was our first time using them. Thank you for that, being a Mommy...thank you!!
