Ricky did an amazing job helping my girlfriend and I go over plan options for a new Apple Watch!! Amazing customer service!!!!!!!HUGE EDIT!!!Edit: Above was my previous review. I wrote that while interacting with Ricky and everything was going smoothly. However after leaving the store Ricky forgot the promotion that he enticed us in with. He told us that watches were buy one get one… however we did not receive the second watch…. Later we contacted customer service and they sent us a watch as part of the promotion. No harm no foul. Later our bill was different and we wondered why. Come to find out the second watch was not free and the promotion was for 200 off a second watch. So very misleading. Unfortunately with the increase in the bill I am not able to afford the second watch and so therefore we were told by customer service we had to return it. Looks like we got baited in. Don’t get swept up in the motions as this storeAlso you misspelled my last name… it’s right there
Phillip was most helpful. He was very attentive our needs. He was also very pleasant. He made several suggestions, but never pressured and he gave us time to make decisions. We never felt hurried. Phillip is a great salesman. We say if you go to the Spider Drive AT&T store....ask for Phillip!
I like to only deal with phillip, he is usually the only one I go to . he is super respectful and always does his best to fix or help you with anything you need help with I refer him to anyone that goes to the kannoplis at&t To me he is the best associate their hands down .

Best Experience with the whole team on Sunday 6/13/21 they went above and beyond to help my mother and I out to get my moms new phone up and running and getting around the issues we came across trying to get my new smart watch on our plan. I had an amazing experience at this location. Everyone is nice and very tentative.. the store manager greeted me and was very helpful and patient with all the questions I had. The staff there are very knowledgeable and informed me with information that I thought I would have known being an AT&T customer. Hands down I will drive the extra 30min to this location just to receive excellent customer service. Much appreciated.
Literally dont go there, one of the stores associates stole my phone and no one offered to help me, I ended up paying hundreds of dollars for a phone that one of the associates took from me and somehow got lost and didnt get a credit I was supposed to get. BEWARE of what they say to you and read the fine print, otherwise you can end up losing money. I had to learn the hard way. Worst experience I ever had! .!.

Great customer service. However, theres never what I need in stock. They cant tell me how to fix my phones woes. Cant transfer information if I did buy a phone. And recommended me to an outside contractor. If they continue to direct people to the internet for services theyre going to be out of business. If I could do things myself I wouldnt need to ask their expertise.

Went in to the store to fix/upgrade mobile unlimited hotspot device.Left the store without device and lost the unlimited mobile hot spot plan. Even though i shouldve been grand father in a plan with new device. They managed to screw that up. And completely ruined my services i will never recommend this particular store to anyone. Only had only call back and not even a apology from the manager. Really think about it before you go here.

Go to another store or another carrier as all you will get from the place are lies! Get a plan changed in store and get a price quote. When I got my bill 2 weeks later, it was double the price! Store will not return to my old plan. How convenient.

I sat and waited for help for an hour without them even asking me what I needed. The manager had a casual chat with another manager from another store about her new baby. This store is poorly ran and their customer service is a joke!

This store is always rude! There is only one person (Don) who was nice to us and told us good information. Had to go back another day and was told the complete opposite and said I had to call into AT&T to do what I needed done; I call and they said I had to go to the store!!! Well I am definitely not going to this location ever. The manager, I dont know her name but she needs to get some freakin customer service skills because she is straight rude as hell!
Always some kind of problem. Last visit, waited 2 hours just to be told the phone we wanted to purchase wasnt in stock. Went to Concord Mills location and had a totally different experience there. They have a great staff, Kannapolis branch, not so much!

It depends on who is in the store as to the rating.... sometime you can get excellent help while other times you get the feeling that the person dont want to be there and wants you to leave... today it was excellent.
It was my first time going and I was completely satisfied with the staff and customer service. As soon as you walk in you youre greeted and advised as to wait time. Once waited on you are treated with respect and politeness.

Horrible service. Was lied to about what my new plan included. I even upgraded phones and upgraded my plan to find out a day later it does not include the feature I asked for and was told was included. I was tipped off and the store will not make it right on what they promised.

The manager Jason has no personality and could care less that I was having problems with a defective AT&T product. Told him I drove from the Salisbury store because they were out of microcell. After waiting for 20 minutes, he was acting like I was trying to pull one over on him. I told him to look at the notes from the AT&T call center. Never once apologized for my inconvenience. Felt like I was bothering him.

THIS PLACE SUCKS!I needed to get my line and husbands line moved from my mothers account to hope to be my account. They said it would be quick and easy. They said all my mom needed to do was call customer service (which is a joke) And tell them that they needed to release the numbers so that I could open up an account with the same numbers. ( A manager said this on a Thursday night). I was surprised Last time I had talked to anyone about this no mention of that was said to me. I called my mom and told her word for word what the ATT guy said to tell customer service. Next morning wake up our phone had been cut off. I go in I get this guy Phillip who says he is trying to help. I call my mom told her customer service miss understood what she was wanting. Tell them to activate the numbers back and then tell them that the numbers need to have a note saying they want to be transferred to a new account. These are the words that Philip told me to say. I stood right next to him. My mother says the same words to them. Customer service then wanted to give my mother TWO different accounts and still had not activated the numbers. Philip is telling me that my mother isnt telling them the correct words. I am at this point upset. I then Tell him I am standing right here and you heard me tell my mother what to say to the guy. He then says Im not telling you that your mother is wrong....yes you did. Its your dumb customer service that sucks...well I do not know what they are talking about so yeah i cant do a thing. Then what is the point of me coming into the store if you wont/cant do anything for me? Philip then says why are you getting upset with me? Really dude cuz you are blaming my mother (for saying the same things you just told me to tell her) and you are not willing to do a thing but hit the refresh button. He then tells me he will leave my account open till we hear back from them. I have been there now from 10-11 am....still nothing. I call my mom and she informs me she had to hang up on customer service twice dude to the fact they were not first understanding her and seconded they were telling her they did what she wanted. My mother finally after telling what she is wanting several times gets someone who knows what they are doing. They call the store I am at. Then Philip (who is no help) Says to customer service that I want to do this whole thing online because I am not going to pay a fee to switch two lines from one plan to another plan. That is so dumb. I came into the store to get your help to do this whole thing. Why should I have to pay a fee when I am want to still do business with you? And also you can not do a thing but open up my account and tell me i can pay this fee or this fee...what the hell is the point of a store? I get the same service at that place as i would on the phone calling customer service. After all said and done Philip did nothing but make me upset and told me to calm down. And to top it off I was not the only one that was being treated this way. Two other people that had came in were also having problems and the employees were talking back to the customers telling them they are wrong and they are not willing to do a thing for them. I can understand that as a customer I need to understand that a business can only do so much but the you are doing nothing to help make things better for both parties instead blame the customer then that is just plan wrong. If I guy buys a phone for a family member and then comes back the next day and informs you that the phone is the wrong one you should be willing to help the guy out instead charge him this out laddish fee to restock it and then charge him another fee to get him the right phone. That is some bull crap. You messed up own it and move on. Charge him a fraction of the fee and then give him the correct phone for free. He might have done that. But unwilling to work with the customer he will just take his business some other place. Same here. This location twice now with different people have given me different answers. I will never come here again!
