My daughter has been seeing Dr. B since she was 2 years old. I have kept up with her cleaning and also fillings if needed. Dr. B kept filling her 2 front teeth which was going to fall out anyway. None the less, she was the only person treating my daughter. I noticed she had a spot(decay) on one of her molders Sunday night and I scheduled an emergency appointment with another dentist on Tuesday(8/31). This dentist evaluated my daughters mouth and told me that she has a lot of rotten teeth in her mouth, need 2 crowns, have fillings over teeth that needs to be treated and she grins her teeth at night. Im LIVID!!!!! Like I stated earlier, my daughter has been coming to Dr. B since she was 2 years old, this shouldnt be happening. It seems as if she has never seen a dentist in her life..by the way, shes 6. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! What the hell have she been doing for 4 years besides taking my money?? If you want to spend extra money correcting something that shouldnt of happened in the 1st place, visit Dr. B.

Br. B has been my children’s dentist for several years. They were going to an adult dentist. Switching to Dr. B was the best decision that I ever made for them. She is very kind and patient with my children and her staff is awesome. Because of Covid, parents have to wait outside but that doesn’t stop Dr. B from communicating with the parent. She calls me on the phone when waiting or has me come in to discuss my children. I wish there were pediatric dentist like Dr. B when I was a child. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND bringing your children to see Dr. B, you will not regret it.

As a new mother, sometimes you don’t know what to expect when taking your child to the dentist. My daughter is 2 and she doesn’t let anyone get near her mouth. She is very independent. I forgot the ladys name, but she was awesome. Even for me. She allowed my daughter to see how each tool worked before starting the teeth cleaning process . It made the process easy for my daughter and I. As I was shocked that my 2 year old behaved so well and loved the teeth cleaning, I, as mother had to reward her with a new toy. Even though she was given a small reward for being so well behaved and letting the Dentist do her job it was the best experience with many more to come.

We have been going here since we moved to the area in 2019. My girls have no issues wanting to come to the dentist, everyone is super nice and great with my kids! Today was my sons first visit ever and he did fantastic. The hygienist was super sweet and took the time to show and explain everything to him in a way he understood. Absolutely zero tears from him. Dr. B is very sweet and kind, thorough when she needs to be but also quick so you are not there forever. We enjoy coming here.

Great first time dentist visit for my 1 year old. The nurses were very kind from start to finish. They were gentle and patient with my toddler and I loved that they allow parents back because I know some places don’t! My son also loved the cute wall paintings and themed rooms, so cute!

My son had his appointment today and he was not very excited going in but as soon as he came out he said “ Mom I like that dentist she knows about Pokémon and was very nice I want to see her again on my next visit.” I’m so happy he was actually excited about his next appointment! My daughters first visit was today and she was a bit uneasy up until the day of. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with warm welcomes and patience as my daughter had a bit of trouble with the X-rays. Ms K was very informative and walked me through everything as she did the exam and cleaning. Dr B came in and gave me all the feedback needed and had us in and out within a few minutes. I took both of my kids this morning. They called me back on time and both kids were done in 30 minutes. My oldest had X-rays done and the hygienist and dentist made my kids enjoy the whole process.Fantastic Dentistry!

This place is amazing!! It was much easier to register my child online than any other online registration I have had to complete. Checking in online was as simple as a click of a button. Every step was explain to my child to lessen his fear of the dentist. This was our 1st visit and because of our great expierence, I decided to make it our family dentist for all 5 of our children. This was our first visit. We recently had to switch pediatric dentists due to some customer service issues. Everyone in the office was extremely kind and cheerful! My 6 year old was a little nervous, with this being his first visit at this location....he’s not really a fan of dentists. By the time he was done, he was chatting away, and all smiles! Thank you so much for making my boy feel comfortable, and communicating all the information so well with me! This will definitely be our family’s new pediatric dentist office!

My children have been seeing Dr. B for many years and if it wasn’t for her I would have to drag them to the dentist kicking and screaming every six months. She’s gentle, patient and wonderful at tending to their dental needs. The only complaint I have is that she doesn’t see adults!;)

We just had our first appointment and I couldnt be happier with my choice they were very kind and caring, the hygienist (Kim) was super sweet and I appreciate the way they made the examination and cleaning a fun interactive, and not scary for my daughters . Id highly recommend

The ladies at Kannapolis Pediatric Dentistry are absolutely amazing. My daughter is autistic and never does well in any doctors settings. These ladies worked their magic and were amazing with her. After we left my daughter said she wants to go back because it was fun. I highly recommend them.

Dr. B and staff are amazing! My 6 year old is autistic and they made her feel very comfortable and explained what each tool was used for. I was able to sit with both my girls and watch them. They let my girls see their x rays on the computer, which they loved. They are super nice, gentle and easy to talk to. My girls loved them!

I didnt even to get in the doors before having a bad experience. I had someone call me to verify my insurance the day before my daughters appointment. I gave them all the correct info that I had but because it wasnt working on their end the lady threatened to cancel my daughters appt because of it. Im sorry but I work in medical insurance and besides knowing what I know I have never had a medical facility threaten to cancel an appt because they couldnt verify my insurance up front, nor should they! Ever heard of self pay if things fall through?! The lady was super rude about it on the phone and because of that I chose to go some where else then dealing with that bad attitude (which could possibly give me problems down the road).

Before my daughter turned two I was on google looking and looking for a good pediatric dentist near our home with great reviews and after a good while of searching I’m so happy to have found Kannapolis pediatric dentist. Staff is amazing!!!! And my daughter left happy and saying my teeth are clean! Hands down best place to bring your kids for their dentist appointments.

After a very traumatic dental experience with a different office, my son was terrified of the dentist. He didnt even want to talk about a dentist. We were recommended by a friend and we are very thankful for that. They have really worked with him to get him comfortable. Everyone is very friendly and patient. Dr B. Is incredible with all three of my children! We have gone to Kannapolis Peds for 5+ years and the entire staff has always been so great. My daughter had dental restoration surgery at age 4, which Dr. B performed and it turned out amazing. She is now 8 and still receives amazing care! Jessica, our favorite hygienist, is wonderful as well and always grabs us and uses special care with my high anxiety kiddos. I would recommend this practice to anyone!

Dr. B is awesome with my son he really loves seeing her it melted my heart when he reached out to give her a hug. Also Her dental asst I hate that I can’t remember her name but she is tall and slim and has glasses she was outstanding!! We love this place! My kids always comes out happy... but today like never I was very stressed out just thinking how would it go because my 5yr old needed 3 fillings and 10yr old needed an extraction... it was unbelievable! This new Dr. I didn’t catch his name took care of both of them in less then 40 minutes... usually the older one is a drama queen but today she was great... youngest daughter is very active and big talker but was very good as well. We love Dr.B she is very reasonable, professional and caring doctor and so glad she finally has someone else as good as the rest of the staff to join her. Just wanted to let her know that We had an awesome experience today and your new team member ROCKs! THANK YOU

Very professional and experienced staff. The Dr. Was compassionate and very helpful throughout the entire procedure. He made my son feel as comfortable as possible. My son needed a referral for surgery and staff made sure all documents were given to me that would be needed to ensure a smooth transition.

I have been bringing my girls here for 4 years and recently started bringing my grandkids. The doctor called me after I had a not so good experience a couple weeks ago and I heard her sincerity in her voice mail when she left me a message. After speaking with her, I edited my post because of the sincerity of her and her staff as I took my granddaughter today. My experience a couple weeks ago was with another doctor but as I took my grand daughter today I had the same doctor with and the experience was much better. My grand children live in GA and Im bringing them back and forth due to Dr. Jayaram customer service with me and how she has implemented her office workers. I dont have insurance for my grand children and she is doing all she can do to help me financially. I appreciate the quick response to my previous review and respect this doctor even more. I would recommend this dentistry. Thank you Dr. Jayaram!

Understand, the employee is a representative of your company both while working and off the clock.

I had heard great things about this office, especially from my family that goes there. I made the 40min drive to take my girls for their first visit. They are absolutely wonderful. So worth the drive. They make the kids feel at ease, even give them toys and prizes. And of course they are gentle. We wont be going anywhere else.

My son back teeth had a hole. Dr. B kept watch on it. He started having pain from it, I called to get him scheduled 3 times because he was having pain, he was reschedule each time the day before appointments. He was only suppose to get fillings. But I was told by the front desk at the last minute that he may need a crown. She waited months before doing his teeth that he now need a crown. I took him to a different office. They provided treatment same day to get him out of pain.

My granddaughter loves coming for her dentist appointments; the Doctor is so compassionate with her patients’s. The entire staff is so friendly and caring of everyone’s needs. I would highly recommend your children to this Denist!! 😊

I found this office by online reading great reviews. I wasn’t expecting my sons first dental visit to go as good as it did. The staff was overly amazing. The girls in the front were very helpful with my insurance and then the assistant in the back was so sweet and kind. She explained everything so good to him and took her time. Dr.B came in and was the exact same she was so nice and kind soft spoken and my son loved her!!! I highly recommend them.
