Stopped in the middle of the morning as we were passing through from New Jersey. Needed a camper tire. Tire was inspected quoted dismounted and remounted in less than 20 minutes. Everybody was courteous, kind and full of information. This is how you do business!

1997 F350. Was recommended to M&C tire by a friend of mine. Brought it in a week prior to get the front end redone and some add a leafs. There was some miscommunication as The employee that I spoke with was on vacation at the time of service, therefore not everything got done..... BUT, Service advisor Ryan was awesome with communicating and took great care to make sure everything was done on time and the right way. He even worked until 9PM on a FRIDAY to make sure the job got done on time. Definitely ask for RYAN if you need great service. Needless to say I am very happy with the customer service of M&C tire and will recommend them to anyone needing the services they offer!

After getting several estimates to lift my Jeep, I chose M & C. They were by far the best priced. Within a week it was scheduled and completed on time. But the reason for the review isn’t because of that. They did what they said they’d do. The next day, I was hearing a noise when the suspension flexed. Brought it back in. They needed to spin one of the coils but in addition they stayed on it to find the source of the noise. Turned out the sway bar bushings needed to be replaced, no surprise as it’s a 2001 Jeep. They kept the vehicle over night and had it done by noon the next day. They didn’t charge me at all for the time spent locating the issue, only the time and parts to fix it. She’s quiet and runs solid now. That’s the reason for a well deserved review. I’d absolutely go back to them for future work.

Hands down the best shop in the valley! Great customer service, best prices and you feel like they really care about you. We have purchased wheels and tires and had repair work done here. They are professional, on time and came in under my estimate for repairs! Wouldnt go anywhere else. Blew a tire on our way from Wisconsin to Seattle late the night before. Spent the morning desperately calling every tire supply in the area for a (somewhat uncommon sized) replacement.M&C had it with spares, and installed it ASAP on no notice so we could get back on the road.Stellar service, great price, such a relief.

They are so efficient and friendly- super great communication, and they wanna get you the best deal possible and I feel very well taken care of!I have medical conditions and dont wear a mask and they dont wear masks either. The pro who added new 3 exhaust pipe, with bends, hangers and a new muffler in my truck is a genius...all in a HALF-HOUR.

Excellent service mounting winter tires, swapping the right front and left front to even out tie wear. After alignment, my Murano drives better than new. Convenient to schedule a morning appointment to be able to wait for the car to be ready. I highly recommend M&C Tire.

They lie argue and disrespect you because you didnt buy their tires and then they tell you that theyre the cheapest place in town when all I needed was two tires put on I called them because Les Schwab said they were six hours out it would be $5 to put tires on a rim at Les Schwab and these people told me $50 a tire and then flat out said that they were the cheapest called me a liar told me to f*** off and take it somewhere else then and hung up worst customer service I have ever seen

Fast great service and very informative staff. They even ordered our tires and called as soon as they get here and set us up. They dont do appointments but you can call and set up a day to drop off your car. They will get to it as soon as they can. Be there early.

Had an excellent experience! We bent our rim at Glacier National Park and went to every tire shop in town. M&C was the only one who could get us safely back on the road at a reasonable price.

This place is wonderful! Excellent customer service. My a** got stranded in the middle of Montana on a long road trip from California. My brakes stopped working entirely, while at a coffee drive thru and thankfully not while driving over beartooth pass thank heavens. I have been overextending my welcome. They said they would have it ready in a few days but ended up having it ready the day of! So excellent! No more death trap! Great price too! He spent like 30 minutes explaining to me what went wrong with my brakes and was super patient when I asked three times because I cannot process it. Thanks a ton m&c tires!!

Bought my tires online and was looking for a reasonable place to have my tires mounted, they quoted me $72 but when I went in to have them done they told me $130. I walked out went to discount tires ($76 for a set of four, $19 ea.) And discount tire was pleasant and easy to do business with.

M&C went out of this world to make my wife’s 97 Eldorado look and ride great! New struts and rear air shocks made this Cadillac shine !Love to get work done here. M& C just does it right!

I had a FANTASTIC experience with M and C Tire. Dustin was very patient with me, responding back and forth to I dont know how many emails, about any questions I had about different tires I was considering. When the tire I was originally looking at was no longer available, he came up with a solution and made it happen FAST. I took my car in after work, they told me it was going to be about 20 minutes and they had me out the door within 15 minutes (it only took them 12 minutes to install my tires). After having terrible experiences with both Les Schwab (very rude sales people, overpriced tires and service) and Discount Tires (no matter how many times you call, THEY DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONES), this was a welcomed, positive experience. I wont take my business anywhere else. Im a life-time customer for sure! Keep it up, M and C Tire! Thank you to Dustin, Brian and your whole team there.
