We did the car wash and oil change. It was 74.99 for everything (we got full synthetic). It was a great deal! The manager (very nice blonde lady with pig tails) had us go through the wash a second time because she didn’t feel the wash was up to their standards. I personally thought the first wash was just fine. But appreciate the attention to detail in her part :). Great customer service and great quality. Big high five to the manager! Also, I used to be a Blue Cow person now I’m a Valvoline Express convert. Thanks for a great experience!

Open on Sunday. Perfect. I was able to get right in without waiting. The waiting room was nice with a soda machine for beverages. The staff knew what to do with the vehicle I was driving. It has some specific requirements as far as oil is concerned. Took them about 15 minutes to do the work and ring me up. Thanks Sunday crew, good job.

While I appreciated the service, my attendant was obviously not having a good day. He was very curt throughout the whole process, and only spoke when he had to. When he did speak he sounded like it was a complete bother that I had shown up.

Seems these guys HAVENT forgotten what the term Good service means.

One of their associates didnt put the dipstick back in all the way and shot 2 quarts of oil around the engine. Owner/Manager Mark said he wouldnt cover any damages or issues that might appear in the next 60 days but would clean it like it didnt happen.Cleaning was shoddy (see pictures), didnt reimburse diagnostic from the Nissan dealership, did the bare minimum to get me to drive off their lot. Waited afterwards to see if Mark would come out and talk to me, he did not.

I use this place regularly and it is always fast and the people are always friendly. Highly recommend.

It wasnt the standard Valvoline we normally go to. I guess Express Valvoline is different but they checked our fluids and topped us off for free anyway! Awesome management here!

The owner is very unprofessional. He is rude. Doesnt exsplain how high prices are when they do oil chages and flushes just does it and throws a bill at your.my Dip stick wasnt even put in the engine stuck bout foot out of the motor he spit rocks on my trucks after I broke down hour n half after leaving the damn place.

Got my car in and out for an oil change in under 30 minutes and installed my new ac belt I brought in. Affordable and you can get a great bonus of a full service car wash for under $8 bucks added to your oil change.

Got In right away, didnt ever have to leave my vehicle which is truly helpful when one has children with them. We do miss how they used to have refreshments at the ready instead.....but being able to contain children is almost priceless.

I felt like the employees where hateful and rude. I thought the attitude toward myself was uncalled for. And the smarta--comment was unprofessional. Do not recommend this place of business to anyone.

Quick and convenient. I had a coupon for 7 dollars off for a synthetic oil change that I was told I could redeem. When I went to leave I noticed they didnt redeem the coupon after they said they would, which I shouldve noticed right away but didnt until after I left unfortunately. Other than getting charged an extra 7 bucks everything else was great.

Wow! A a previous Service Center Manager I had a keen eye through this drive through oil change experience. These guys were efficient and fast. They put in a new air filter for me and changed my oil. Prince was good. They were professional. I checked for leaks after and all was tight. Great place to stop with a nice car wash too. Go see for yourself.

The service was great! Comfortable waiting and fast service. I was there at 7:58 am and waited until 8:06 to get waited on. The men working there did not show up until 8:02 and then had to open the shop. Why not have the men working show up at 7:55 to be ready for the customers at 8:00 sharp? I know it’s only 6 min however it’s keeping you from having exceptional customer service! Overall good experience though!!

When you pull up theres a free high powered vaccum! Loved that, great start. I had called ahead for my specific van and picked up an oil filter on my way bc Napa didnt deliver on Sundays- not a problem. The staff was very helpful, nice and honest. I got to stay in my car for an oil change, they also offered a waiting room stacked with coffee and comfy leather chairs

I have several cars and have gone there for many years but the employees change a lot and so does the quality of service unfortunately. Thats probably typical of most shops. I have tried to be loyal and when there have been problems the manager has handled them well. Overall there is room for improvement but they are still one of the better maintenance places in town. Best car wash in town by a long shot!

Stopped by to get my fuel filter changed and they ended up also changing the oil which I did not ask for. When I said they accidentally also did the oil when I only asked for the fuel filter he gave me my card back and said never come back here please. Very rude.

Don’t take your vehicle to this shop! Very unprofessional. They damaged my car and admitted to it while I was there. I took it to another shop who confirmed the damage and got it fixed. When I went back to Valvoline for a refund, the manager was extremely rude and didn’t believe a word I said. Poor customer service!

They broke my door handle and denied it even though it was perfect when it was brought in. As soon as my wife and I noticed we brought this to their attention. We werent angry, thinking they would be honest and fix what they had broken. There was one guy who worked on our vehicle who says it wasnt him. Apparently all this business owner needs is one guy covering his rear against both of us who know our door handle was not broken before we brought it in. We told the guy that broke it we werent mad, accidents happen. We asked to see the owner since the VERY RUDE manager who obviously didnt want to own this mistake said he cant help us. The business owners name is Mark Hilde and he accused us of lying. My wife and I could not believe this guy was for real. The managers and owner are absolute unethical people and liars. Just ask any single one of their employees like we did as we finished our car wash before leaving. They will tell you what a Jerk they are and how dishonest Mark is. Weve had several vehicles that weve taken there over the years and this is not the first time something has happened. This one we cannot overlook since this is undeniable unethical behavior. Mark should be ashamed but he seems very insincere and could care less. His last smirk remark to us was, go ahead and do what you think you need to do. Like he was saying go ahead and lawyer up and try to sue me. What a douchebag. We were trying to be civil with the guy and he came out acting like our door handle was already broken before he even looked at it or talked to us. This community could do without people and businesses like this. I highly recommend not giving them your business.

The worst oil change place we have ever been too. They changed the oil, not sure about the filter. Seemed to be upset that we didnt buy a new air filter. Didnt check anything else. Didnt tell us what they did at all. Still cost the same and took way longer. None of the employees were motivated at all. SLOW SLOW SLOW

I like the convenience of this place. Plus the staff is always very friendly and helpful. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. I also like that there is a car wash next door that you can buy discounted washes for.

Took my truck here for a full service in and quickly....they told me they greased 11 grease zirks, upon further inspection they didnt grease anything. Talked to the manager and he told me his employee was in a hurry and hed take care of it after work. They did bring it back in and grease. What else did they not look at. Never again!!!!!

They got me in and out and didnt try to update me too bad. My truck has had maintenance at required intervals.

The tech was clearly fed up and deliberately put too much oil in my car and now I have to take my car somewhere else because I cant trust them

I like the Valvoline Express Care because not only does it provide one of the cheapest oil changes in Kalispell it also has a deal where you can pay a little bit more to get a free car wash I love the fact that they have vacuums outside the car wash to vacuum up stuff inside your car before you get the outside of your car cleaned if you look online usually you can find a coupon for Valvoline to also reduce the price of your oil change but then plays there are very efficient and knowledgeable and fair I would say just dont let them push you into extra services on your car that may or may not be necessary

Last Wednesday I came in with my Kia Sportage to have the oil changed . . . Service took about ten minutes which is about enough time to change the oil. Only the oil. I came in around 5:15 & the employees seemed to be in a rush to get me out of there. At the end I was given a long list of everything they supposedly checked; I know, without a doubt, the vast majority was not completed. The air filter alone takes 5 minutes to take on and off - I know I have done it myself many times. Today I had to add nearly a gallon of radiator fluid - the radiator does not leak. Another item definitely not checked on their list of checked items.

Had the van washed. Nice job on washing, friendly guys who also opened the front doors and wiped down the bottom interior door frame. Never had the door seal wiped down!

Horrible customer service. My husband was told when he took our car in that I had called and okd the more expensive synthetic oil. This did not happen! I never called and okd anything, so we were charged for synthetic oil in both of our vehicles, which cost us an extra $48. When I went in to talk to the manager, the customer service was awful. The manager tried to tell me he talked to me and when I assured him he did not, he told me that some lady with the same type of car called and he must have gotten it mixed up. They did not offer to refund any of the money or fix the problem. I was told by the manager that he could toss me a car wash next time we came in.Will never take our vehicles here again!

My 2013 Chrysler was a half of court low and it does not burn any oil with 29000 miles t i got the full service because the power steering was under the safe mark and they coulndnt even top it off if it had a zero thats what i would rate it at after that poor service i take it who ever put the oil in cant count because it takes 4 and a half courts not 4
