This service continues to get worse. My modem is offline more than it is online. Customer service has went to the pits. Furthermore, I was told I was in a beta plan with no monthly fee and that I would be notified 60 days before the beta period ended. I have had the service 2 months and was charged to my credit card for service in month 2. I called and was told there was no beta going on. I bought a $120 to use with this service, which is unfortunate because it will be worthless when I switch to a competitor. I will post photos of my screen captures of the speeds one can expect when you are actually online. Believe me the speed is no where near what is advertised.
Velocity LTE has so much better service than my current internet provider and is much easier to setup. Their technical support is incredible and Im glad I can finally get a good internet connection outside of the city.
If i could give them 0 stars i would! Ive been with them for 3 or 4 months now and recently my internet quit working and I cannot reach anyone by phone, email, or facebook messenger!
