This is the worst company Ive ever dealt with! I really dont understand how theyre in business. After they made multiple mistakes when I tried to establish a new account and I spent HOURS on the phone with them, I cancelled the request. Regretfully, I had pre-paid in good faith and still dont have a refund over 2 weeks later. Steer clear of this company!

I returned my modem after I closed my account, and spectrum called me later said I didn’t returned my equipment and want to charge me for it. And this happened twice on me at this Kalispell store. And I didn’t save the equipment returned recipe the first time and got charged for it eventually, so I did the second time, just in case. And it happened the second time again. So for whoever want to close your account and return the equipment, I strongly suggest you save the equipment return recipe and possibly take photos or even video. Otherwise you probably will get charge for modem you already returned.

From 3:30 to 7:15 this evening the gentleman worked hooking 2 TVs up and our home phone and Modem, and Wi-Fi he was very kind and patient with our questions as we are seniors like 80 & 93 different world for us but we muddle thru. His name was Anton or something like that at least it was a A, he was very Professional and nice, he was of Spanish decent I believe very good at his job.

Over the phone, tech service was good but, when Joseph showed up to install my reciever I realized I could have never installed it on my own. He did a check on all of our cables and signal and fixed some problems I was having. If you want someone who knows his craft, ask for Joseph! Very pleased with his knowledge.

I feel sorry for the employees at this store.... the dont yet know that they are working for a company that does not back them up with the kind of customer care that they give. I would invite them to Quit and sell a service that is just that ... a service. Spectrum has no interest in you or youre problems with their service

I would recommend going with any other service. One their service is not consistent it’ll drop in and out at all times. To their customer service is beyond unprofessional. And they are way overpriced for what you get.

Bought wifi 4 days ago from them. Its been out for 3 of them and they havent attempted to fix it. We are a business and need our wifi. This company is trash.

Charter is the biggest ripoff since they were bresnan. they keep increasing their cost. and now have capped their upload speeds. so running media server is almost impossible when trying to access it outside the house. they monopolized the market, and don’t care about the service they provide.

They need cross training bad if you got cable trouble they can help. If you want to buy a phone they can help. But if you really need assistance you might as well stay home cause all the got is phone numbers to people who actually can do something but still wont.

I WAS getting NFL Redzone on my previous package (and paying good money for it), but now I find out it was discontinued and in order to receive it again, Ill have to pay five bucks more a month. Thanks a lot guys...

I called to cancel my TV service that I added on in July when a spexlctrum salesman called me to add it. I said sure, I asked if it would changed my pricing on my internet service, he said no!Today when calling to cancel the recording said it would be a higher then normal wait time 12-17 min. Oh well, whatever coronavirus right? So I wait. I get to talk to the representative after about 27 minutes of waiting. She lets me know if I cancel the TV my interest will go from 70 to 95 dollars? I said oh no, I had the 49.99 internet for 12 months. She informed me that since I bundled the tv and interent it canceled that out. I said oh thats frustrating. I asked to talk to a supervisor. After 25 minutes of being on hold waiting for a supervisor she picks up to let me know that all the supervisors are busy and theyll have to call me back.What a great 57 minute spectrum phone call that solved absolutely nothing.

If I could give Spectrum a negative 5 stars I would. I have called their 1(800) number 9 times over the last two weeks with my husband calling an addition 3 times. We bought a house that a developer built and needed to switch over our internet service but it seems that departments cant share any information with eachother because I get a different answer each time I call as to whether or not well be able to get internet. In addition, they seem to enjoy transferring me to different departments who can seemingly solve my issue. Unfortunately, this monopoly has taken over the valley and theres nowhere else I can go to get internet.

Spectrum is an absolute sham. No customer service available, ever. I have had spotty internet for months. Every time I call it takes an hour to talk to a human and they tell me maintenance in scheduled in the area in about a week. Still waiting on that maintenance months later and cant even get a refund because they dont have anyone that handles that.

We had major issues trying to resolve a problem over the phone with zero luck. I came into this location and the manager and staff were friendly, understanding, and helped me resolve our issue quickly.

I called 4 times to transfer my service when we moved, wait time to speak with someone ranged from 45-90 min. When I got an agent they could not help me transfer my service to the new owners. I was disconnected once and another time I was put on permanent hold. The new owners called 3 times to set up service and ran into the same problems.
