What a joke, and a bad one. Made an appointment online, told them I had a Motorola, then showed up and a sullen guy said they cant fix Motorolas, only Samsungs. Well they advertise that they fix Motorola, and all I had was a tiny crack in the screen, but he was not even apologetic. Bad attitude, unprofessional. Id never spend a penny in that place.

The man behind the counter was SO rude to me that i walked out in tears, and this was after he was being rude to a customer on the phone! Ill go without Phone before I step in there again!

Rick was the only employee working today and there were 2 other customers when I walked in. He helped them, was very courteous and efficient and then took my info and gave me an estimate on how long it would take to replace my cracked phone screen. He explained that if other customers came in hed have to stop and take care of them. A few more folks stopped in and Rick expeditiously handled them and then went to work on my phone. He was done quicker than anticipated, was so polite, never vexed with the constant flow of customers. I asked if he owned the store.....he took that much interest. Great service, kind and polite. I highly recommend going in when Rick is there!

This place changed the battery on my iPad Air and it is like brand new. They also replaced the screen on my phone over a couple months ago. Flawless execution and worth the price and short wait.

Just walked in to see if they could fix my shattered screen on my cell phone. Sign says Motorola clearly. Guy took off my case saw that it was a Motorola and said we dont do anything with those. Well if you dont then you need to take the sign down that says Motorola.

I took my phone in the day after I called and was told it would be one hour to replace my battery. I returned 2 hours later and they had not even begun to fix it. I had to wait in the parking lot for 30 more minutes so they could do the job....I feel like they should try to be honest about how long it take s them to do the job I paid them to do.

Really efficient and convenient. Much better than other times Ive had repairs in other places. I will come back.

Had my phone screen and battery replaced on my iPhone, and the screen colors and speed isn’t anywhere close to original. The first day the touch screen wasn’t working well either but that seems ok for the time being. The new battery is the same or worse than my 2 year old original battery.The employees are nice and the shop is clean.

They were fast and knowledgeable. Price was great. Will be going back for all my phone repairs. Plan on recommending them to everyone.

I had an I-Pad screen replaced. They did a fabulous job - parts were availble and fix in one day and suggested a protecting screen so that I wont break my screen again .

Very disappointed in the service at this location. Dropped my phone off at noon for a screen repair, wasn’t ready until 5:30 when I was told 1:30. When getting my phone back the man explained that they had broken the home button and did so in an extremely rude manner. Still had to pay for the screen repair and now have to live with a broken phone until further notice. Also the reaction time on the screen is extremely slow making it almost impossible to use my already broken phone. Due to my age and gender I believe that the man helping me was being extremely condescending and rude. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Horrible experience.

Took my daughters Iphone to get a screen replaced, after 3 attempts and 2 days of screwing around I made them put the cracked screen back on, only problem was that the phone wouldnt function properly when I took it back. Quite sure the incompetent tech (Rick) purposely broke it as he was frustrated that he could not get the replacement screen right and proceeded to argue with my daughter and wife, totally unprofessional! DO NOT trust these guys with your Iphones! I had to order a new phone and they could care less, do not go here!!!!!!
