Excellent customer service and were very prompt with everythingended up getting a bad part (screen replacement) and took care of it immediately replaced the screen again under warranty have a liquid application for screen protection for only 15$ and is awesome 👌their cost is also lower than local competitors

I brought in my IPhone with a shattered splintered screen and they were able to fix it within a matter of hours, and for a much lower price than I anticipated. The price they fixed it for was even lower than the insurance deductible offered through my cell phone provider. The employee was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend.

I broke my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 on a Thursday evening and had a brand new screen by noon the next day.For those reviews here saying its a pricey service, go ahead and watch a Youtube video showing how to DIY replace your screen and youll understand why the costs are what they are. Very poor service and can’t even back up their own warranty. Claim that someone else broke it with an old repair AFTER they fixed it last. Then go out of their way to charge even more just to LOOK at the phone. Not to mention the how uncomfortable girls are bringing their phones there with rumors of the guys looking through their photos. Complete scum and rip offs. Do not trust this “professional” repair. Do it yourself, you’ll be a lot better off than with these idiots

This is NOT a CPR any longer but the owner still hasn’t changed his google listing. I drove far out of my way to come here. The owner is responsible for updating his google listing. The listing on google says CPR. When I walked in the owner told me it used to be a CPR but is not anymore. Their logo has a medical appearance and everything about this store would lead you to believe it is a CPR. Owner needs to rebrand and update his logo and google listing if he truly does not want to confuse people who might drive up to an hour out of their way to visit this location.

They are very professional and very thorough. I appreciate them not doing anything until they could verify what I had in order to get the right replacement parts. I highly recommend them.

Excellent store. I went from android to iPhone, and the excellent technician helped move my text messages using another app when the standard Verizon cloud app did not work. Its refreshing to deal with a shop that is very helpful and good at what they do! Well done! Much better than a Verizon store!

Fairly nice guy, but 200 bucks for a replacement screen on my iPhone 7... Very high... Went to another local vendor that repairs screens. Batteries Plus for a total of 110.00. This was about half the price. I was quoted 100.00 at Radioactive, however they didnt have the part in stock. Warranty included with repair.

We fix it phone repair will repair for 50% less. These guys wouldn’t sell me a part, they wouldn’t use my own part and wouldn’t work with me at all. The part was five dollars online and about 8 screws. Done. Buy a kit online and save yourself some money.

Great place! Took my phone in and got it back a few hours later. I wasn’t able to pick it up right away cause I was working but they delivered it right to my workplace! 10/10 would recommend

This place is always going to be my favorite store.... I know that sounds weird, but hear me out. When everyone one else in town told me that I had lost all my memories and birthing videos of my children..... This place and these people gave me back those memories. I was willing to pay whatever it took to get them back and still everyone but this place turned me away. I paid next to nothing to be able to have my phone in working order without losing anything from my phone. If your phone is damaged or broken or smashed. Take it here first. I doubt you will have to go anywhere else.

Called for a quote to have my ipod repaired an before they even knew what it needed tells me it would cost $150.. the part I needed is a $10 part Ive researched it. An Batteries Plus fixed it for $70

Terrible company, I took it in to get fixed they replaced it with a low quality mod and the corner of my phone was peeled up, brought it in to tell them and it turns out my phone is bent, they recommend a case that will hold the screen on better so I got an otter case. I put the phone in my pocket drove home and the screen was shattered. The case had cracked my screen by pulling on it when I brought it in now almost paying 200 dollars with the case he blamed it on me and said I probably dropped it and broke it and refused to fix it.... bad company dont see them making it far.

I recently broke my iphone to the point where the guys at AT&T said theyd never seen anything like it, and I figured I would have to buy a new phone. But when I took it to Kalispell Cell Phone repair they had it fixed within two hours and up and running!Both times Ive had to come in here, theyve been enormously helpful! Hopefully I wont have to be back anytime soon, but if I have another phone mishap than I know where to go!

I really had a great experience here. The turnaround was quite quick and they did a great job replacing my screen and digitizer on my Samsung Galaxy S4 from Sprint! I am an out of towner and felt welcomed and cared for. They were able to repair my phone for a price significantly less than what an in-town competitor was trying to charge me for the part alone. Absolutely the worst people to repair a cellphone. I took in a fairly new unit that had a cracked screen. I also had the new screen that I had purchased off Ebay. Id called days before I got the part and received a quote of 75 bucks for them to swap the screen sense they would not be providing the parts.I walk in the evergreen store with my phone and the screen and the guy behind the counter quotes me a price of $150 bu to swap the screen. When I tell him Ive got a quote from them for $75 he states that no one in either location would quote that low and that shop time is 60 bucks an hour and it would take 2 hours time to swap the screen.I walk out with out saying a word and goto their other location on Main and walk in. The guy behind the counter looks at my phone, then the new screen and says This screen wont even fit this phone.Its a dead match the only thing it didnt have is the Verizon logo. I tell him hes got to be kidding and have him check the part numbers. He discovers that they are a match and then refuses to perform the repairs because its not a verizon branded part. I spend the better part of 5 minutes stating it does not have to be a verizon part to be placed on a verizon phone and that the other store had no issues with putting it on and quoted me a price. He calls the other store, talks for a few moments then tells me 200 bucks to swap the screen. I pick up my phone, my spare screen and leave. I went to another local cell repair service and had it done for 50 dollars. I will NEVER go into either location again nor will I tell friends to go there.
