I called Complete Restoration about a very unappealing odor I had in one of my offices. The receptionist was very pleasant and professional, she had the technician call me back immediately. Within the hour the tech was onsite identified the issue and came up with a plan for resolution. Complete Restoration kept me informed every step of the way. They provided exceptional customer service and after they performed the recommended services I have never had another issue. This Company comes highly recommended.

A recent home inspector determined we had some mold issues in our crawl space, so we hired Complete Restoration. They promptly came out and gave us an estimate for the mold removal. They then timely came out and did the removal. The administrative staff was very professional and good to work with. The team that came out to do the work explained everything and were also professional and did a very good job. Our final bill did not exceed the estimate. We highly recommend Complete Restoration!

Complete Restoration came through for us expediently and thoroughly. A vehicle hit our home and the second floor was in danger of collapse. Complete Restoration was on-site that evening, and had a crew out the next day to clean up the debris and shore up the house. They had a structural engineer and construction crew in the following days to assess the damage and make repairs. The area was secure and rebuilt enough to save the house and keep it safe for the winter. Complete handled the job with professionalism and punctuality especially considering long weather delays and our home is now back in shape. Thank you for the awesome job!

If you have any kind of mold problem, call these guys! I seriously cannot recommend this company enough.Rich is a generous and amazing fellow. He was walking though my clinic and spotted a mold problem in a room we were renovating. I was planning on cutting out large sections of the drywall (costing a lot of time and money plus slowing my project by several days). He happened to have some neat chemical treatment in his rig and sprayed down the affected areas.Within minutes the black mold started to change color. First brown, then yellow, and after about 12 minutes it was completely gone! I’m not sure what kind of magic liquid he carries around, but it saved me big time.I put a fan in the room overnight and in the morning the wallboard was dry and hard like new, again! I just finished painting today in fact and it looks amazing.Thanks, Rich, I owe you one.

They were very quick to respond - a representative was onsite within a few hours. They were VERY thorough and documented everything they did. Throughout the entire process they were pleasant and gave very complete explanations of every step. We felt appreciated by each employee we met. Most important of all - they demonstrated the highest levels of integrity.

I used to work for Rich and it was the biggest mistake Ive ever made. He wanted us to lie to costumers about performing the work that they paid for, but we never performed. 95% of the work we would do was no where near the industry standards. I would definitely think twice about hiring these COMPLETE jokesters if you need a restoration company to perform work at your home or business. Rich over charges the costumers and under pays his employees. I feel bad for Scott whos been there far to long and still probably makes what he did when he started some years ago. Please I beg you to stay far far away for this company.

We had a tough job - a very tough job. Pet stains, and wear and tear on a light colored carpet throughout the home. At least 3500 square feet. I could not believe the result. Wyatt was professional, reasonably priced and deliver an incredibly high-level of service. Turns out all carpet cleaners NOT the same. I cannot recommend Complete Restoration highly enough. They did a first rate job of cleaning our carpets, and Wyatt was both professional and personable. I would recommend using Complete Restoration services. Thank you Rich

Sewer! After Plumb-Rite was done I was referred to Complete Restoration for the aftermath cleanup. After Rich and his great crew were done, you wouldnt know that there was an issue. It was something I didnt know where or how to take care of on my own. Im glad they were available to do it. As a side note: My grandson was able to do what my son couldnt and that was to put Barney the Dino down....unfortunately for me it was down the toilet LOL.

We had several clients in need of some home repairs to initiate their closings and it was needed in a hurry. Complete made this happen very quickly and did a fantastic job. They have helped us save several deals. We appreciate their promptness, professionalism and ability to get the job done.

I was very satisfied with the customer service and work performed. I called regarding some mold and additional venting needed in the attic. At first the anticipated being able to come out in 2 weeks, which was fine. The next day they called and said they could come the next day. Rich was very upfront with the issues he saw in the attic. He showed empathy as he gave me the quote and was willing to work with me on payment as my house was up for sale. The price was $600 below a competitors for mold cleanup and adding additional venting in the attic. He showed me pictures of the mold prior and I was shown pictures after 2 treatments. I was also given a warranty on the venting, that is transferable to the buyer of my property.

I had the most amazing experience with the owner of Kalispells Complete Restoration: when I called him & told him that I had water in my crawl space, he came out within minutes. After inspecting the crawl space, he said he could pump it out, since the sump pump clearly wasnt working. I decided not to contract him (believing the water would go away after heavy rain & snow stopped). I expressed concern for several totes & plastic bags that were stored down there. He went into the knee-deep water & retrieved several containers, without my even asking him to. I Never Received a Bill !!!???🤯😇 now That is what I call a Good Neighbor! I replaced the sump pump, but I Do know that if I ever Do need restoration of any serious home damages, I will call Kalispells Complete Restoration. Integrity, kindness & compassion mean everything when I am choosing people to come into my home. 👍🏡

Complete scam.Dont allow these people into your house. They will act as if they are coming to do an evaluation as you want then they will rip into the house and start the charges. After many many requests for quotes they didnt provide them to us. Once the demo was done from water damage and the pipe repaired with a $5 part they left and never answered 2 weeks of calls. They already knew what insurance was going to pay and while they could not be bothered to answer calls they could definitely send an un itemized invoice for slightly higher than the amount of the insurance check, leaving us with an open wall.The owner should be a used car salesman. Hes very good at evading direct questions, not saying things and working the game.Stay away.Youve been warned.

These people are a nightmare from the word go! Do not let them in your house. They will tell you over the phone they are only going to charge you for 4 days of fan rental and then send you an almost 21k bill and put a lien on your home! It’s a scam folks. I have never worked with such dishonest people in my life.

Very fair pricing, helpful friendly staff! Highly recommend, very responsive to phone calls. Had a small amount of mold in the garage, took the time to make sure it was all treated and that we were comfortable with the service!

Complete jerks, feel sorry for the people that have to work for Rich. He didnt even come close to staying on schedule, put a hole in my ceiling and argued with me about fixing it and then pushed his worker to do a less than COMPLETE repair. In the end he made everthing right, the job drug on for weeks when it should have taken 3 days. I will never do business with this company again and suggest you stay clear. I wish I could give zero stars, its pretty bad when the owner gives his own company 5 star rating and his ratings are still bad.

We do NOT charge customers for an actually phone call, of course, that is what we charge to send a Technician to your home or business. We need to pay an Qualified/Insured Technician and the cost of a vehicle to provide services. These are standard practices for a Service Call to provide service and assess damage and/or to respond to customer needs. We attempt to work with all customers to meet their needs 24/7/365.

Rich never Completed the job his company started. Blaming his ex partner, and the sub contractors for faulty work done on our house. When we contacted Complete Restoration, after the roof started to leak again, after it was originally fixed by Complete Restoration, Rich wanted us to track down and contact the sub contractors, that his company hired, ourselves, to fix the problems. I didnt feel that should be our role, kind of a passing the buck feeling. Eventually Rich sent a crew out to start fixing the problem, but refused to finish it until we provided records from the original restoration so that he could use them in court against his ex partner. We did not want to give him anything until the work was done fearing the work wouldnt be completed, (I hate being right) and stated so. We were blind sided with a subpoena one afternoon with a court summons to provide any checks or papers dealing with his company and partner. Now being forced to release any bargaining to get our house finished, and after a phone calls and texts to and from Rich, with him promising to finish the work Im just waiting on my attorney to give me clearance that is what i have to do at this stage. April 13th 2017(his words)... havent heard from him since, the work was never finished, trim missing, no texture or paint on the walls or ceiling, who knows what the inside of the walls look like now. Im sure his feelings were hurt by my wife chewing him out for his negligence, but i cant blame her, what he had put us through could put anyone over the edge of anger. We have been trying to sell our house and most of the time we get get feedback from a showing, comments are made about the unfinished bedroom. I had to click at least one star to leave this rating, but Complete Restoration does not even deserve that. This is my opinion and thought that it should be out in the open, when I start something, I finish it, unlike Rich and Complete Restoration.

Terrible service. I paid 1327$ for two 1/2 hour “sessions” and they broke the trap door, wouldn’t admit to it. Eventually they “fixed” but it was like pulling teeth and still not done well.

Very pricey and still trying to charge for work not done. Check competition for prices before having him come out
