Fabulous company! Great and honest service. It’s difficult to find hard working people these days that actually care about their customers, Rainbow International succeeds in taking care of their clientele. It’s been a pleasure getting to know the family and how their business operates over the last couple years and I look forward to many more! They know their stuff.

I am currently in the process of buying a home and we noticed possible mold in the garage. I called Rainbow International to come out and give me an estimate on cost of mold mitigation so I could work out a deal with the current owners. I called multiple times trying to set up a date and time and each time I was told I will call you back as soon as I figure out our schedule. After the first attempt I gave them 3 days to reply. After the 3 days I called back and got the same answer. I gave them another day to figure out their schedule and still did not hear back. During this time I called a few other mold mitigation companies in the valley and scheduled visits for an estimate. After reading other reviews about this company I am VERY happy that I will be using someone else to take care of this issue. Dont waste your time with these people.*I just wanted to add a quick edit. I find it odd that only now, after leaving my review, do I hear that the mold person had a baby (that was never mentioned during the 3 separate times I talked to this company...smells fishy) and all of the sudden 3 different 5 star reviews show up only hours after I left an honest review of the lack of help from this company (once again seems very very fishy.) Obviously an attempt to boost their rating to pull in more customers. Do your research people, there are many other companies in the valley that do a far superior job.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They have been in business for many years and have helped so many families around the valley with floods, fires, water damage, etc. I am very particular about carpet cleaning and was beyond impressed with their knowledge, equipment, and expertise. They are friendly and easy to work with.

Its a con job. Be careful of what you sign with them. they charged 4000 dollars for 24 sq ft of wall repair. Be sure to ask for a rate sheet. Keep all documents that they give you, and read them all carefully.

I wouldnt even give this company a 1 star but that is the lowest google allows. We had issues this winter and needed some technicians to come out and to look at what damage had been done and give us a quote for what it would cost to replace it. They told us they would supply us with a detailed report so we could to give to another company that was going to be paying for the damages. The technicians came out and took a bunch of measurements and used all these fancy tools and said we would be seeing a report on Monday, understanding what we needed. A week and a half later we still hadnt heard anything and I would call in inquiring and they would say that they would look into it and call back but never would call back. Finally they supplied an email that literally stated everything that we already knew. It was literally everything we told them over the phone before they even got here. It included the photos that WE took and they never even gave us a quote for repair. I called back and told them that the report was unexceptable and the gal on the phone that runs the cards said that she would not be charging us. Being the middle of winter they completely wasted our time and then we had to have another company come over that we also paid and pushed repair out even farther. This was in January and the end of July I see a charge from the company. I called to speak with someone so they would reverse the charge, resent them the report that they sent me and they emailed me back stating that management has advised that the charge will not be reversed as we agreed to that charges when they left our house and there was no record of me ever calling in. We own a business here and take pride in honesty and excellent customer service and Im appalled that this company is still in business based on our interactions with them. Thankful they didnt actually come out and repair anything as I can only imagine how that would have went. Save yourself time and trouble and go with another company.

Literally have never associated with this place in my life

Terrible company !The techs that showed up at my house had cheap tools, had to borrow a tape measure from me, and tracked mud all throughout my dining room, living room, and stairs.The report they sent into my insurance company was late, and completely inaccurate.My multiple attempts to obtain a copy of the report were met with a snarky lady (Laura) who never once returned any of my phone calls.They are contractually connected, and simply get handed the work.I strongly recommend NOT using Rainbow International. I had to post 1 star, but really they deserve zero stars.Thank you.

Their web page says free estimate. I was charged $109 due to a pipe leak in the crawl space that had been fixed and dried out. The crawl space had a musty smell and I am bothered by mold. The seal was broken in a few places and need fixing, two batts of insulation needed to be replaced andthe foam that had fallen off the wall. I was interested in renting a dehumidifier to get all the moisture out of the crawl space after fixing the above.This company wanted to install a radon system which would dry the soil, replace all batt insulation with foam, seal black plastic, and fog with chlorine and hydrogen peroxide. I am on a fixed income and least expensive options must be considered. There is no evidence I have a radon problem nor was that the request.Beware. They will try to make as much money as possible, and not try cheap options at first. I should be reimbursed the $109 and they should be more clear on their policies.
