They came and told me what they wouldDo to fix my problem with rot and mold.They gave me an estimate, which was right on with the finished job.They had specialist crews for each part of my job. Removed mold tore rotten boards, window,and insulation. Finished job like new.I would rehire these guys in a heartbeat.

Logan and crew did a great job drying out our flooded basement after our sump pump failed. He was professional and explained everything he was doing. When the insurance adjuster came to assess the damage he was blown away, saying that he had never seen so little damage after a flood; Logan saved our basement! We recommend Dayspring for all your mitigation and restoration needs!

Within an hour from the time we called Daysprings, they were at our home helping us dry out our bathroom from water damage. Mark, Logan and Jerry have been great. We are still working with them at the time of this review, but we are confident our bathroom will be fully restored soon.

We had a stinky crawl space that made our whole house smell old and dirty. We live in Thompson Falls, at least 100 miles from any Dayspring location so I wasnt expecting much due to our remoteness. I called Dayspring in September of 2017 and to my surprise Jacob was going to be in Plains, 25 miles away the following day and was happy to stop in for an estimate after finishing in Plains. That might not sound like a big deal but we had tried to get a reputable company to our place for 2 years but it was always out of their service area. Jacob arrived just as he promised the following day and gave us options to eliminate or at least reduce the smell that comes from our crawl space. We agreed on a solution and 2 days later his crew showed up ready to install a vapor barrier throughout our crawl space which runs under 3/4 of our house. Its big but it presents an even more challenging problem. Our crawl space isnt your average crawl space, the space ranges in height from 12-36 inches, its tight and for men to be installing a vapor barrier in it, its nearly impossible. The crew kept a positive attitude as they worked on their bellies, backs, and hands and knees in the dark and spider infested area. The job took 2 days and was priced at about half of what we expected. The smell in our house is very much improved, in fact even after leaving the house for several days and returning home, it barely has a smell which is a huge change from before. Were very thankful for Dayspring Restoration and highly recommend them. Great job guys!

Ive used Dayspring on multiple rental properties I own in multiple cities in Montana because I used to live in MIssoula and they have such an excellent reputation in that community. They are very consistent in the experience Ive had. They always leave the property as good as new...sometimes that means even better than before. They are promp, professional and dont cut corners. Finally, they make the claims process easy and seem to work well with the insurance company. Ive met builders and handymen locally whove gotten into disaster restoration because the money is so good and frankly they scare me. I can imagine about 1000 things that could go wrong with someone who doesnt really know what theyre doing. My feeling is Dayspring is the restoration expert...they seem to pride themselves on mastering the science of it to ensure the problem is fixed for good. For me its a no brainier who Ill call should I ever have another problem.
