We started out with another company to install new hardwood flooring. Due to employee having personal issue he could not finish out the job after one day. I called 2 other companies. One was scheduled out until mid-January other voice mail full. Then I call West Michigan Wood Floors. Seth was very honest after telling him our situation. Seth came out couple days later to see what he could do for us. Seth told us that he could do the job but might take longer then expected. Which we understood with his other project already scheduled.After talking to Seth we knew we had the right person. After he left, he called us hour or so later with exciting news that he can lay the floor the next day.His employee was at our house on time and started to work right away.
