I can’t say enough about how great my experience was with this company. They did an excellent job and communicated and kept me informed of every step and aspect of the process. Their pricing was fair and there were no hidden costs or surprises. The work I had done was in my parent’s home and I live in another city. Mike took great care to explain everything and to give me estimates on timeline and costs throughout the process. He was pleasant, considerate, professional, and great to work with. They did a thorough and meticulous job extracting several feet of water, cleaning, and gutting a large basement. I highly recommend them.

I arrived in the evening to water pouring out of the ceiling at my vacation house! I could find nobody open in my small town and then landed on Roto-Rooter in Kalamazoo. They were calm and responsive and had Jordan to my house in about an hour (with an 40 min drive!). He got the water stopped and repaired what was needed. I also immediately received a call from the head of their restoration dept, Mike who could not have been kinder. He came the next morning to evaluate the damage and ended up needing to return about 3 times. Every time, Roto-Rooter sent me a reminder text confirming the time and Mike phoned me when he was on the way. He wore booties and a mask, laid down tarp, and even swept up each time before leaving! He tried to repair with the least invasive/least expensive options available. He explained everything he did and why. Pricing was upfront and straightforward. I developed a definite trust with Mike and am very pleased with how dry the area is now. I would recommend this company without hesitation to anyone with plumbing needs or restoration issues.
