I hired them to make appointments from my clients and when I originally spoke to Bernice she said, yes we do that.So I signed up.It was a disaster from there,horrible experience not being able to ask my clients if they want an appointment...so I called like 6 times to complain,and asked yancarlo the manager about it to which he said, we dont do appointments...I told him Bernice baited me in by saying they do.He said Im sorry we dont...she LIED!!..I JUST UNFORWARDED MY CALLS FROMVONAGE TODAY..will look elsewher.SAVE TIME AND MONEY DONT HIRE!!
