Excellent place to work - especially for college students with flexible schedules.I worked at AU for five years, and I believe that you get out what you put into this job. Performance is almost entirely based on objective metrics which allows you to definitively demonstrate your value to the company. Initial pay at an entry level position is modest, but if you are dependable, punctual, and willing to go beyond expectations, your efforts will be recognized.Besides customer service experience, AU offers opportunity for career growth, upward mobility, leadership experience, sales experience and supervising experience.Management is friendly, personable and accommodating to differing needs.

Freedom of speech: Great to begin with. Wait awhile and youll see for yourselves the reason their turn over rate is so high.
