Very fast and friendly service. Took about 15 to 20 minutes to do a standard tax return.

Got taxes done and 5hr ago. They still havent sent them to the irs. Last time I go to JH been going for 5yr. And this is the 1st time had problems. Wont go back.

Never open on time.. and they open at 10:00! Got inside 10 after 10... Its 10:46... Still waiting to get started, not sure if the one and only person isnt sure of what they are doing but I am nervous my return will be all jacked up now. Ive been coming to jh for years, never again and seriously debating walking out right now... Oh and there is no heat on in the building

Handles your taxes as if it their own

All of the representatives that we worked with were rude and unfriendly. The first person that we had prepare our return completely messed it up, and didnt even file it. Then it took my husband calling and driving to their location several times before the manager made time to fix what they messed up. Then on top of the stress and frustration that they caused by messing it up in the first place and then making it difficult to get our return fixed and filed properly they charged us more money to file our return. I would not recommend ever going to this location. And if you are upset because they messed up your return, and the manager doesnt want to deal with the fact that you are angry, she will make sure that she has duct tape and that she keeps it around in case she needs it because she wont take anything from anyone. Completely incompetent and unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone go there.

First employee I worked with took 3 hrs and missed up my whole tax return. Went back worked with the owner Eileen and had my taxes and the way it was supposed to be returned missed up for the second time. Would not recommend going hear.
