Ive used Smart Septic twice now, both times being unscheduled, emergency situations. Each time the service has been incredible: a team at my house within 24 hours of calling, most recently after I called with an issue at 7:30pm on Friday night and they were here at 9am Saturday morning! Ive been so impressed, I moved my regular septic pumping to Smart Septic (my old company didnt even answer the phone when I tried to get hold of them for my first emergency).Greg and Andy, who own the business, have been happy to give advice and Ive never felt pressured into saying yes to anything. Theyve even offered to show me how to do some of the more basic maintenance, like filter cleaning, myself, but Im more than happy leaving the whole thing in their capable hands as its one less thing for me to worry about.

Easy to get an appointment, the guy told us what he was doing throughout the time he was here, and he cleaned up the spot where he dug to access the cover nicely. My initial phone call with Andy was a dream come true. I’ve dealt with lots of septic tank pumping companies since I own rental properties. It is usually a painful experience, just trying to get an appointment. Andy set up an appointment to pump a duplex I own, as well as my home. The drivers were on time, super knowledgable and very professional. My home ended up having the driveway resurfaced ahead of schedule, and with a quick phone call to Andy he rescheduled my appointment, to not ruin my resurfacing with their truck. Andy even called after both tanks had been pumped to follow up to make sure everything was to my expectation. Completely blown away. This will be the only company who pumps my septic tanks from now on!

Smart Septic Service pumped our septic. They were faster than on time! They also unclogged the blockage that was causing our septic pipes to back up. They made sure the drains were actually cleared and working before they left, and gave me pertinent information that I was glad to know later, without me even having to ask. Excellent Company, this is the 3rd company we have used for our septic system. This is by far the best and the one we will use in the future. They went far and above to help us resolve a problem and we’re great at answering all of our questions. They ended up saving us a ton of money.

Septic tank cleaning. Communication was excellent. They let me know when they were coming and let me know when they were running a bit late, but was still inside the time-frame they gave me. Had some issues locating septic tank, not their fault. Had to schedule a time to come back with a flush-able sensor and were able to do it the next day. Installed a riser for me, at my request, the day after that. They even went to a competitor to get the riser as my tank was an uncommon one. I plan on using their service again in the future.

I contacted Smart Septic earlier this week and they were able to come out within a day or two to pump my sadly neglected septic system! The two gentleman that arrived were fantastic to work with as I peppered them with many questions and they answered them all and more! Work was done very expeditiously and certainly in a professional manner! Very nice fellas to work with! I also had some risers w/covers installed on both tanks so that I will not have to do any more gold mining/digging! Another crew showed up to do that job about 30 mins after the pumping work was done and they happened to be the owners of the business! I don’t know about you but I love working with small business owners! Again, I peppered these two great guys with even more questions and again all was answered! Septic tank pumped: One of the owners, Andy, was my contact person. He got the specs of our drain field from the county so that we could understand where all parts of the septic system were located. On the day of service, the guys got there on time and got the job done in short order. They were extremely friendly, courteous and professional. I got a follow up call from Andy with information about our system. He also was very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. I would highly recommend this service.

Greg and Andy were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They had to dig up a bunch of the yard but took care to save the grass and left hardly any damage to the lawn once completed. I would say that you are pretty smart if you call smart septic service. These people are great. Very friendly and professional. They fully educated me on my system and how to solve the root problem in my tank. I had lots of questions on the phone and in person and they never seemed irritated but fully the opposite. I highly recommend calling them.Over the years I have called several companies for pricing no one could beat their price for the full service that they provide. They pumped the tank and sprayed it out all while I was talking with them. On the phone they are just as accommodating. As a bonus their truck looks nice.

They came out, pumped our tank, ensured our system was flowing well and did a fantastic job of replacing the dirt where they had to dig a small access hole.After the visit, we received a call from their office and were given a comprehensive report of their evaluation of our system. They provided me with septic tank pumping. It took them a couple of weeks to get to me, and that is understandable. They arrived when they said they would, pumped out the tank and even switched the diverter to the other drain field. They left no mess and were done in under an hour.
