I used Clean Earth Environmental for a routine septic system service and pump. Communication was excellent and I was able to schedule an appointment within a week of my first contact. Gary and Tanner arrived as scheduled shortly after I received a phone call from dispatch telling me they were on the way. Both Gary and Tanner were very professional and friendly. They didnt mind at all that I wanted to see how they went about the cleaning and service and explained every step they took in locating my system access point and subsequent evacuation and cleaning. They also explained why I might want to add a riser to the access point to make future maintenance access easier. Excellent suggestion, for which I have placed an order with Clean Earth to install. Great customer service from Clean Earth, Gary and Tanner. Thanks to all.**UPDATE** Another great experience with Clean Earth. Ray arrived early to install the riser I had ordered the previous day. After explaining the process and answering a couple of my questions Ray set to work on the installation. A short time later the installation was complete, a minor landscape challenge was overcome and the site looked like no one was ever there! On time, on budget and nicely done. Thanks again.

We used Clean Earth for septic pumping. They were extremely responsive and even arrived early. The lead technician Ray was wonderful. We didnt know the exact location of the tank which was a challenge but the guys found it. Both Ray and the other tech were professional, knowledgeable and great to work with. I would use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

I had an extreme emergency with my drain field not working and the septic water coming back through the pipe so of course this happened at 5pm on a Saturday. This company was extremely responsive to my emergency and showed up about an hour after I called. The price was much more affordable for this emergency then I expected. Our technician was Jeff and he was also very professional and helpful.

I had my septic cleaned and drain field switched. I received a call about 20 mins before arrival. Taner and Jeff found the lid, cleaned and explained their findings and next steps. Both were nice guys and the cost was excellent.

About 3 wks ago my dad and I took over as the contact people for our clubs rental hall. We didnt have any back logs of services and did not realize that just before our 3d event weekend, our septic was full. Beyond full. It was plugged. We had just done some low maintenance the Tuesday prior, flushed and cleaned all the toilets, etc. then at 2:39 p.m. Saturday, I get a call from our renters that the toilets wouldnt flush and the sinks were backing up. My fiance had prior dealings with Clean Earth from some village work so he called and made arrangements. We explained the situation since the renters Wedding reception was to start at 5:00 p.m, we were on limited time. They said they would call in an extra guy to come out. He was there, found the tank, fixed the problem and out of the renters way by 5:00 p.m. Fortunately, we had renters with friends equipt with a sense of humor. Early guests had pictures taken with the septic truck as memorabilia and the party went on without a hitch..well as far as I know! Anyway, our guy and dispatch did a super great job getting what could have been a nightmare resolved. Thank you for caring and making our renters wedding day one to remember for all the right reasons. You could have taken your time and not made things happen but you cared enough to first of all, answer the phone on a Saturday, be prompt and be professional going above and beyond! Butch and AJ uncovered and pumped my septic tanks. They were both courteous and friendly. They gave me a quote on risers so I don’t have to dig anymore. Ray and helper came this afternoon and installed the risers. Again courteous and friendly.

Our septic system needed to be tested as part of a home inspection. We realized that our tanks were buried under our concrete patio! Ray and Al worked with us to carefully removed two sections of concrete so the patio was still useable and looked fine. They tested the tanks, checked the drain fields and tidied up everything before finishing. They spent the whole afternoon and solved each problem we encountered with thoughtful, creative solutions. I cant thank them enough for making what could have been a disastrous situation into a success.

We had the filter on our main tank clog up and back up into the yard (but we didn’t know that was the issue until the service technician looked at it).Not only were the office staff that took our calls amazing, polite, and professional, the service technician was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in answering all our questions and explains how our system works. Our filter was pulled and cleaned, and we had both out tanks pumped and sprayed down. I’d recommend them to anyone who needed service and will be called them when we need our tanks pumped again.

We routinely use this company to have our septic tank cleaned out, and they are always on time, always courteous and always friendly. From the first point of contact, they have a thorough and well rounded customer service team. The first company I contacted to clean my septic was not helpful at all. They dug a little bit and told me they refused to do the job because the tank was too deep. So, I contacted Clean Earth Environmental. They sent Will out the next day. He arrived at about 830 AM and was extremely friendly. He had no problem locating the tank and, unlike the previous company, did not hesitate to start digging. He said the depth (about 3 feet) was no issue at all. Within an hour he had the main tank dug out and pumped and was already looking for the second tank, which he discovered had a riser 7 inches underground. All in all, Will worked quickly and efficiently. He had no problem answering any questions I had and showing me how everything worked, and offering tips to make servicing the system faster and easier in the future. I really cannot say enough great things about Will. He is an awesome, friendly guy that is an incredibly intelligent and fast worker. Clean Earth Environmental is an excellent company that is easy to work with, extremely professional, and very helpful. I am very happy the previous company I was going to have do my septic bailed on me because it was too hard of a job for them otherwise I would not have found this awesome company with awesome, hardworking employees like Will. I contracted with them to find my sewer and empty the tank. I provided a map that was on file from the health department From the last time it had been emptied. Once he located the tank, He said it couldnt be emptied Without Drilling a hole in the tank and installing a riser and there was no way to empty it. I asked why they couldnt just lift the tank lid off And he called the manager of the company and they said they dont do that because the risk is too much of damaging the septic tank. So I paid $123 to have a hole dug but nothing done.The service technician who came out was very professional and very apologetic that he wasnt able to empty the tank. He did the best he could to fill back the garden area that had been dug up. I was told they wouldnt be able to have someone come out and install a riser for a couple weeks. When I called the company to get aa quote, they said someone would have to call me back.

Will and Rob came out we had four feet of snow from our parking lot piled on top of the septic lid, they were patient while we got the snow removed.Then got the septic emptied. I scheduled appointment to have our septic pumped today. Ray & CJ arrived promptly. My husband has always handled this but recently became incapacitated. Ray took the time to explain how and when to change the diverter from one drain field to the second drain field. He was very patient and answered all my questions. During the pumping we got a down pour of rain. These men were soaked. They continued working and even shut my outside faucet off for me when they were all done which was a distance away from the septic tank. Cut concrete driveway and excavated down to sewer line. Found pipe to be separated at joint. Ran water jet in both directions. Connected pipe and added clean out. Refilled soil and reused some of the cutout concrete. They did a very good job.
