I had some strange looking little flies coming from the basement. They installed a UV bug attracting light with a special attractant for the critters. Done, gone is just couple of days. Good price, service was professional, courteous and on time. Great folks to work with.

I’ve been using Mite-e for years to service my residence for preventative insect treatment. Most recently had a hornet nest show up in a highly trafficked area of my yard. Their technician showed up within 25 hours, removed it and was gone before I knew it. No charge as it was included in my yearly service contract.Great value, service, responsive, and I highly recommended.

It’s a large enough company to accommodate but feels like a small company with how they care about their customers. Between two kids and a dog it’s amazing how we don’t have any issues with spiders, ants, etc. Money well spent. Great company with great people!

My wife and I had them come out to my house in Portage, MI and spray some bees that had gotten into my brickwork. I typically take care of these problems myself. However, after eight cans of bee spray, a professional needed to be consulted. Mite-E came highly recommended, I now know why.Mite-E took care of the bees in 20 minutes..... on one trip! Weve had a great experience with Mite-E Exterminating! They have always been accommodating and polite. When they started, there was no guarantee these pesky stink bugs would be totally gone, but they are! It was normal to count 13-20 stink bugs in our house, now it is rare to see one. Love the staff and their work!

The office staff was friendly and returned my call quickly. Technician showed on time and did a thorough inspection. Explained everything he found and walked us through preventive measures he would do to fix the problem. Great staff and easy to work with! Overall the staff was courteous and professional. I have to say that the crew at Mite-E was fantastic. After nearly a month of no use, a group of Hornets decided our tool shed was a great place to live. Fearing for my kids, and worried about how to proceed, I contacted Mite-E. They sent Nick right out and he was professional and quick. He left the area cleaner than he found it sans one giant nest. Definitely my new go to guy!

I have used this company for several years for mosquito control and this year there service is lacking. They have a new employee this year and I assume she isn’t spraying to the extent the guy did last year. Other years if we saw a lot of mosquitoes after spraying they would redo it. This year the mosquitoes were terrible the day after spraying. Bad enough that we couldn’t sit outside. They told me they were too busy and didn’t have enough employees to do any thing about it for several weeks. They did offer me a partial refund. But I expected them to continue the good service I was accustomed to. Paying $500 a season I expected more.

So our worthless realtor highly recommended this company. We received a wonderful and costly lesson of why cheaper is not always better.At first we were relieved that the pest inspection was going to be something reasonable (more than half the price we thought we would pay) after talking with our realtor friend in Grand Rapids who said they can vary between under $139-$189+. This being our first home and my fiance with a new job every penny counts!According to our our pest inspection we were essentially pest free as nothing was noted about any issue. From our very first night in our new home we had chewing and scratching in our walls throughout the night. This was basically every night. Our first week there we found a OLD dead mouse under the sink as we were cleaning (this was in no way hidden and very obvious) and had to clean up poop under the sinks and drawers. To top it off there were several LIVE mice my pregnant fiance had the joy of dealing with while I was at work. We ended up getting a house with a established mouse problem that anyone with two eyes could have easily seen. What a joke!!After our first week there was a quick realization that we had been completely screwed. I felt very cheated and used.. even though it was such a small amount that we paid. Thinking back maybe I should have known better since it was so cheap. Really it was more the lines that they had such good reviews and our realtor spoke SO HIGHLY about them that made it the most upsetting of all.To make matters worse I talked to several friends about what happened and two of them had a similar issue with this SAME company coming out and missing obvious things. I have no idea what goes into a quote pest inspection but apparently it is not much!!!!So fast forward we obviously did not call them to come and take care of the issue and instead had Orkin (I guess using a household name is a smarter idea then small business) come out. The rodent issues had been so bad that our attic insulation was essentially trashed. Seeing pictures of it it was scary of how bad it really was. Who ever would have thought that mice would be in your attic and would be able to actually do damage to your insulation. Luckily Orkin had payment plans and we were able to get the mice issues dealt with and our home and attic back to normal.The short version of this is do your research on who you hire and if its to good to be true it probably is.

Quick service with a good explanation of what was needed and what wasnt. You can tell that this locally owned and operated company cares more about their customers than a big, corporate franchise. Give them a call first.

They did a great job helping us get rid of an ant problem! Very friendly and reliable.

I used this company for a mouse problem and for mosquito and insect spraying. They stopped by to look at my home for the mouse issue we were having, placed bait and traps and looked, somewhat, around the house to see where the mice may be getting into. I got a quote for the mosquito and insect spray and decided to go with them. They did not spray that day. They were supposed to come back within 10-14 days to look at the bait and traps and start the spraying. They never came back for either service. I never heard from them again. I received a bill, for the spray, to which I called about, because I had never gotten the service. They apologized and I was told they would call to schedule a time to come back out and check for the mice and I would still be able to get my May spraying service. I never heard anything. It is now mid June and I have never heard from them again.
