Every time they come out they are at the house for 5 minutes. Then I get a nice bill. Not sure if its helping at all. Both guys who have come out seem to be in quite a hurry. Ready to go when they get here.

They are the best no fleas no spiders no bugs interior or exterior. My tech was fantastic he showed up a little early answered literally every question I appreciate him I hope I did not get on his nerves but he answered every question without being rude or rolling his eyes he was really cool and genuine. I had tried for a couple of years off and on to get rid of fleas they sprayed one time and it cleared up not immediately but it cleared up God is good I really appreciate them and recommend the service definitely call. I work from home I did not have to leave once he sprayed.

Griffin Pest came out to exterminate mice that I have. All went well, except the technician did not do everything I was told would be done during the initial phone call. Would still recommend Griffin for extermination needs.

I had my first treatment this week. The young man actually showed up an hour before he was expected. He came in and sprayed for my ants, then did the outside. And he was gone. Very polite.

I had service come quarterly for years. Then, last year they just failed. Never contacted me for over a year. Im highly disappointed. We have found more reasonably priced services elsewhere.

They’ve been out many times to deal with my apartment complex’s horrible roach problem (Cedar Trail). These guys are good at what they do.

I cannot say how poorly we were treated by the field supervisor. On March 16 we were his last stop of the day. We were home and the service tech had a supervisor ride along with him. No one showed. I complained to the head office and we were still billed and since I was on auto pay I was also charged. They have a system that is a wand that is a monitor of each bait station and this indicates a technician was at a residence. It was conveniently not working that day. When I saw a paid invoice I was livid.My wife called and they gave her the run around and I had to later call to complain and dispute the charges with our credit card. Was able to get a resolution with the manager and the field supervisor came out and tried to tell me that in Hamilton MI the name of my street was also in another area. He also claimed he went to a house with the same address and street name that was also a Griffin Customer. We did receive treatment, however, I had to take multiple showers from all of the B** S*** from a supposed field supervisor. If you sign up, make sure you are home and check your invoice. You could pay for service that you never received.

The Techs that come out to the property are really great to work with. . Alison and Stephanie are always there to assist EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!

Have been using Griffin Pest Control for about 10 years; very satisfied with results, they keep our home basically bug free and they have been responsive to an occasional issues of bees on the exterior or yard and an occasional interior problem. I do ask for an interior treatment once a year rather than rely on exterior treatment only. This requires coordination with the technician but has not been a problem. While there have been several technicians over the years the current technician has been treating for several years now; all of them have been great to work with.

Have been using them the last 3 years in Livonia. My MIL has been using them for many years as well in the Grand Rapids area.Great communication; always helpful when you call. When someone new is coming to your home they ask what areas have been problems in the past as well as any new problem areas. I tried all the off the shelf stuff and nothing seemed to work. Griffins has the right formula to stop the bugs. As well they come out between normal calls if a problem pops up at no charge. I had bees coming in windows through weep holes, which I hadnt had in the past. I called and they sent out a guy to take of the problem at no extra charge in between my normal visits.My MIL had bees make a nest in her landscaping near her house and she called and they came out and took care of them at no extra charge as well.Ive recommended them to 2 other families having problems and they are very happy with Griffins as well.

I called griffen pesr solutions and had them help me with bed bugs which is the issue i have and the response was fast i believe. The the only thing i would say is differently ask for gregg. He deserves a raise in my book and if you get him wow. Anyone would be grateful. I will just say some times the first person isnt always good at what they do or like there job. But gregg i give you my deepest respect. Thankyou and may we meet again on a different way. Best day ever.

Friendly customer service. However, A sales person is answering the phone focused on selling you a longer term contract then they are on the problem at hand. Would not recommend a company like because its evident they are focused on selling contracts and now the customer.

Extremely dissatisfied with this company, they should not be trying to treat multifamily communities when they dont know how to manage their time to make sure that they get the job done. Have had issues for over a couple years, people say they come in and take 2 seconds to look around but then they charge us for their premium treatments.

Could not solve our mouse problem after many attempts. We had several mice pass away inside in areas were​ we could not find them. Disappointed..

Have had griffin for 3 years.have been more than pleased with their service and their pricing is reasonsable! if we have a problem they come out the same day if possible!

Uninformative and never called back. Griffin was great to deal with until the service call. They answered the phone, set up a time for an inspection, showed up on time. The inspector was uninformative and only spent a few minutes investigating my issue. He told me central office would get back with me but they never did. Didnt hear from them until 8 months later when I got an email asking for positive reviews.

I ordered for a 1 time service at my home worth $197, by the time I reached home and checked, I could see the activity on one side and dead ants on other side, their representative have not sprayed properly. When I tried to speak to their Manager, they responded back to me very rudely, I just wanted them to send their person again so that he can spray properly in my presence again.Will suggest go to any other pest service in town but not to Griffin, Even in the past I had them as the only party to service regularly, but they were below standard most of the times and I had to cancel their contract.Pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The two levels of options for my house treatment were both expensive. I wasnt sure I wanted to sign a contract for ongoing treatments and went with the Bronze level. I had the outside only sprayed. However, spiders are still an issue in my sons room. :-(

Called for help with a small swarm of bees that are in my siding. The have two options - 1) a whole house treatment for $350 to treat for every possible pest (whether they are a problem or not) or 2) quarterly treatment for $425 annually. Seriously? You have no other options?

Not very happy with their service.
