As a technician, I did not feel valued. The pay is decent but they over-work lower end employees. I am currently a special educator was for part of my employment at Braintrust. I had my personal teaching supplies stolen by a BCBA within the company. I was quickly terminated from the company for having a no show which was followed by a phone call by the owner who was not very understanding.The team behind tracking service logs/payroll are very unprofessional and rude. Many have married and had relationships within the company and it it is almost like a weird oligarchy or cult. The Western Students I tried to bring in realized this quicker than I did and refused to work for the company.Besides that, I worked with a kiddo with severe anger issues and his programming did not genuinely improve over the course of two years. I managed to serve him well enough during the time we worked together to curb some of his more aggressive behavior. His gains were lost once I stopped working with him. He ended up being put in in-home care at U of M. Although it is multifactorial, I believe the companys lack of consistency was a large contributing factor. Ive witnessed the company fail several clients by not improving programming and doing the bare minimum. The practice is very rote and by the book. All the higher ups act like experts and have one dimensional teaching methods. I would not reccomend this programming to any of my students families nor would I recommend it as an employment opportunity.

Amazing!! The best place to receive ABA services. Every service was revolved around our family and personal life. All sessions were made at our convenience and all instructions were done individually for my child. My son learned to live according to the way we personally do it everyday with him, that is something he was never able to learn at any center. I was included in every session I wanted to be involved in and my opinion was always taken into consideration. My whole family learned not just my son who was receiving the services. My family and my home was treated with respect at every visit and the staff was always professional. My son learned so much through this program that he will use for the rest of his life. I will always be so thankful that we were able to have services from Braintrust and have this foundation that we are able to build on now.
