Master Seigel and his team create an amazing atmosphere to train and they treat everyone with the same respect whether you are 3yrs old or an adult. I was completely impressed when I saw what my daughter was capable at 3yrs old and continuing to now almost 7yrs old. Her strength, focus, discipline and confidence are wonderful to see and she continues to grow. We are so proud and excited for her sister to start!

I spent around three years training with the staff of Master Siegels, and I must say that it was one of the best long-term experiences ive ever had. I earned my black belt through tough training with the staff and the support of them as well. The staff are all extremely professional. This Dojang focuses not only on the traditional aspect of the martial art, but also the real world applications that can be used with these techniques. The staff really push you to do your best, and they teach you a great deal of techniques. I learned a lot from my years studying under master siegel, and I have to say that this dojang is one of the best in the area for prospective students in the art of Tae-Kwon-Do.

I came to his kickboxing classes with my sister when I was 18. My 18th birthday was my last day there because of school starting. I loved this place so much!!! Master Siegel was awesome and funny!!! I would totally come back and I have been working on ways to come back to his courses!!! I have been recommending him to friends and I would recommend him to you to!!

Good exercise for kids that need to get out of the house and do something once and awhile. Very professional staff, great tae kwon do training.
