Very friendly, very efficient, eager to please cleaning personnel. This was my first experience with Molly Maid, and I will be using their services for a long time!

Molly Maid is dependable, effective, thorough, and professional. They take the worry out of cleaning. They do a great job. I highly recommend them.

My fiance and I scheduled a time for them to come clean our new house before we moved in; after they were done, it didnt look any different, we found dust in our cabinets (like we had requested) and windowsills, spiderwebs in doorways and the laundry room looked like it hadnt been touched. We called again to remedy the situation but again, it looked no different; still spiderwebs and dust in the same places. The owner wanted to see for himself what the issue was and my fiance met him at the house and she pointed out the issues and he claimed that it couldnt be perfect. Understandable, sure. He then asked how good percentage-wise the cleaners did; my fiance told him 60% for the first time and 70% for the second time. His response to that was those percentages were good enough for him. 60-70% is not good enough imo, especially when we paid 300+ dollars.Moral of the story: save your money, clean your house yourself.

Customer service was great and the two ladies who came to my apartment were very nice and respectful. The things they did clean looked great! I am just feeling a little bit frustrated because I had asked them to clean all of my major kitchen appliances, but they did not touch the inside of the oven or refrigerator. I was trying to balance working at home while they were here, so perhaps my communication wasnt clear enough. They also asked me to look everything over before they left, and I declined which i regret. It just seems odd to me that they would clean out the inside of the microwave and the stove but not the inside of the oven and fridge/freezer which i was really hoping to have done. I have given what i thought were the same instructions to other cleaning individuals and did not experience the same issue.Ultimately, they did a great job, but when using this service I would just make sure to be *very* specific about instructions!

Hundy an hr.for 2 cleaners ? GRIMM dont pay to do the wild thing. Just needed my pad cleaned.

I have been using Molly Maid for years and they are incredibly reliable, professional, and flexible if I have to re-arrange my cleaning schedule. I have tried using the cleaning services of individual cleaners before, but I have been disappointed with the results. Molly Maid usually sends 2 and sometimes 3 cleaners at a time to my house, and I have found their prices to be comparable to just one person cleaning. Also, they have set cleaning standards and are bonded/insured, which gives me confidence in what Im getting. Dollar for dollar, I would recommend Molly Maid.

Danielle came out on the weekend to help me turn my life around after a surgery that prevented almost all movement. She single handedly restored my apartment to the condition it was when I moved in and it only took about 6 hours. From the time I called, it only took 24 full hours to go from a pending post-surgical infection to a sterile safe haven. I will recommend Danielle or Molly Maid to anyone that needs help in the Kalamazoo/Portage area! 😁

Been a customer for almost three years and love having my house cleaned by the Mollies. They are friendly, considerate, quick, and eager to please. What they get done in a few hours is amazing. Having them come every other week, the house is always clean and ready for whatever. We enjoy planning outings for the day they clean, and when we come home all our housework is done!

I already have a professional cleaning service but they are overloaded for the holidays, so I thought Id try Molly Maids. We set up an appointment, which I thought was the usual measuring the square footage of the house and seeing its condition in order to create an estimate of time and price. I was not told that it would take 45 minutes to do this because you have to watch a mandatory, three part video. I tried to politely tell her that I work from my home and I was supposed to be meeting with clients so I really didnt have time to watch a video on housekeeping. As, I said, the video was mandatory. I then tried to schedule a larger team to clean my house more efficiently due to me working from home and needing the cleaning service to be as time efficient as possible. Apparently this was not available for the time slot I needed which was 8-9 am on Wednesdays. Again, this is the only time I can take off from client appointments. I was told they would arrive some time between 8 and 11 and could be there from 11-4, depending. I told her that that meant I needed to take an entire day off of work (8 hours) so they could clean my house, which by the way, is already in great shape. She just sort of stared at me blankly as if that had never occurred to her. I got a call a few days later that they couldnt help me at all due to my narrow schedule. This was fine with me by that point as I had no interest in hiring this company and was ready to call them myself to tell them Id prefer not to work with them. They had zero interest in working around a schedule of someone who works from their home. Its 2018 and its becoming more and more common for people to work from home. This company should consider this when acquiring clients.

Overall: I receive excellently good service, from both the office staff and maids who visit our home every two weeks. Every team member is open to listening to my suggestions for improving their service and they follow through to make sure I am happy with them. Also, I find the maids dedication to reaching my home through adverse road conditions (winter weather and spring road construction) admirable 😃.

Ashley & Gigi are phenomenal at what they do! We couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Molly Maid each month. The price is very reasonable! We have an older dog and they do great with him and removing his hair!

We have biweekly cleanings and are totally happy with our Molly Maids. They are friendly and respectful and do a great job, making sure we have no problems with their work. A couple of issues have come up and they were quickly and properly resolved by the maids, office staff, and/or owner, all committed to insuring that we remain satisfied with their service. They have not changed our rate during the last two years, keeping the cost of their service reasonable.

I called yesterday spoke with Danielle about a one time cleaning because my daughter had surgery. I am so pleased with the cleaning Molly Maids has accomplished in my home!! My stove top has NEVER been so clean since it was new!! The bathrooms look beautiful --- showers, toilets, and sinks --- shine like new! The last team of workers, Sara, Monique and Leanne, were here last Friday. The are very professional and get right at the job and finish it quickly, but VERY well.

Vary freindly the estimator Linda was vary informative and freindly wasnt all bussnies talk down to earth made me feel like itll be good cleaning company as they are priced decent not to expensive and tell u the first clean amount is an estimate price and they let u put a Max on the detail clean price bcs it hourly rate that I liked alot helped stay in the budget range

They will give you an estimate and then inc your rate. They did this at the same time to me and a bunch of community members saying that its taking more time to clean your home. I have had services of two people clean my house in one hour and they took two hours to clean the same place. They have a money making scheme that they will inc your rate saying its taking longer when the employees are really slow. Employees are so rude. They have no sense of customer service. I once over heard the employee back biting about me through my baby monitor. The company does the same job that any other company would do for more money and then jacking your rate up with false excuses. Dont use it unless you have money to waste. They just do what any other company can do. Nothing exceptional.

Sorry I had to even put one star to get thIs posted. I purchased a home that was serviced the day before I received the keys. There was very little furniture remaining in the house the floors in the basement and the kitchen and the rest of the house (hardwood) were not swept or mopped and the furniture wasnt dusted. The walls were disgusting. I tried to reach the company to tell them how poor the quality of their service was. after three times Ive given up this is not how I would have liked to let them know about my concerns.
