I had excellent service from Clean Vibz Kzoo! They were easy to contact and schedule, they were on time, very professional, wore masks with out me asking them to do so. The house looked amazing when I got home. I really appreciate the great service. I would highly recommend them.

I could not be more pleased with Clean Vibz! They leave my home smelling and looking clean each time. They are friendly and welcoming with my pets as well which is a HUGE bonus! Ive had other cleaning services in the past. I interviewed other cleaning services recently. They seemed disinterested and did not lay out the specifics of what they would do the way Laura did. Their online reviews reflected exactly what I have heard from others. They either have a cleaning service they dont like, or dont have a cleaning service because they cant find one that does much.Laura is responsive, professional, and easy to work with.Her deep clean exceeded my expectations. The price really does reflect the effort and times spent cleaning. You really get what you pay for.Laura lays out what will be cleaned in writing. You get exactly what Laura promises. She told me they touch everything (meaning they dont skip over areas because they look clean). I have found this to be true.I feel lucky to have found a cleaning service that works so hard.

Clean Vibz Kzoo and Skylar did an awesome job on my home. Everything looked wonderful and she rocked the vacuum lines. For a clean and sanitized home I would definitely recommend Clean Vibz Kzoo and their crew.

Absolutely love this company. We have been using them for 5 years. They go above an beyond compared to other places we have tried. The girls are friendly and treat our house as if it there own. The quality of cleaning these women achieve is so hard to come by. It brightens my day to come home to a fresh house every time.

I treated myself to a nice deep clean of my home back in april using Lauras company, and what a treat it was. She and her team were not only very professional but very kind and efficient. She is responsive and is very accommodating if you need to have your schedule moved around for a vacation or any other reason. I was so pleased I started using the standard clean option bi-weekly. I worked for Clean Vibz very briefly and here’s why:Pro(s): Flexible scheduleCons: Laura constantly “forgot” to give me my paycheck and expected me to drive to her house to retrieve it on multiple occasions.She expects you to clean expeditiously and still not miss anything. She once told me her employees tend to miss a lot of things in clients home. She charged one of her clients the fee of a deep clean simply because her company were missing important areas that needed cleaning.The owner is very spiteful. I decided that her value for her employees were very minimal so I quit. She stopped payment on my paycheck the same night because I forgot to return her keys. I returned it the next morning and had to wait another week to receive my last paycheck.She expected me to be at work 20 minutes before I was officially clocked in. It’s residential cleaning so we would have to commute to her clients’ houses. She wanted us to be at the meeting spot at 8:40 and at the clients house by 9:00 am. I NEVER got compensated for arriving at 8:40 am.If you value your professionalism and time, work elsewhere.

I am a current employee for Clean Vibez! This is a sole proprietorship. Laura is our only boss so she has a lot of responsibility some of her responsibilities are making sure we do our jobs correctly and efficiently. I believe Laura treats us all very equally. All while trying to manage a new born! Making the clients that she worked so hard to get happy. Making sure the clients homes are cleaned on the days they want to be cleaned and the times they want it done. Making sure she has all the supplies and staff she needs. Laura looks to see if you are working effectively, and if you are she gives raises left and right. Laura also pays for our lunch breaks, which not a lot of companies do. Laura gave me a extra 20$ last week for working so well and getting great feed back from her clients! She gives credit when credit is due! Cleaning isn’t a very easy job, but working for Clean Vibez has been great.
