Megan was so nice! She and another gentleman assisted me in printing out my wedding invitations. They did such a beautiful job cutting and packaging them. She also, gave me helpful advice in tying my invitations for presentation purposes.
Completely unacceptable and unhappy with the Kalamazoo MI Fed Ex Fleet driver.I received my alert that my package was delivered to my home. Check for my package, and nothing there. I called Fed elEx support and they said based on the notes: HOMEOWNER WAS NOT HOME SO PACKAGE WAS LEFT WITH NEIGHBOR. First of all, my package did not require a signature and should have been left att my doorstep, second of all, I was home all day because I work from home and no one came to my door, third, YOU DON’T KNOW THE CONTENT OF MY PACKAGE, NOR MY RELATIONSHIP WITH MY NEIGHBOR AND MY PACKAGE HAD MY NAME AND MY ADDRESS ON IT, not my neighbors!! I am furious that my package is at someone else’s residence (they would not tell me the address it was left) now I have to wait for an investigation because the driver decided to not deliver my package to my home.If I had an option, I would never choose FED EX as my deliverer

I’m not sure if this is the doing of Chewy or FedEx, but I feel like it’s important to note. My order included 3 shipments, which was cool, but I kept getting notified that each box was essentially hopping on and off the truck for about a week (with no note from a driver about a locked door or anything like that-so I was confused) (plus they’re allowed to leave packages outside the building or in the leasing office mail room-so they had options). I went online and asked for them to be sent to the FedEx nearest me, which worked fine for one package. I received a call from a FedEx representative that, upon delivery of the other two packages to my home (which I had already asked to be sent to the FedEx by me), the driver was unable to drop them off because my apartment building doesn’t have a buzzer, which is not true. Plus, I was awake and would have heard an attempt. The representative offered that the packages be sent to a FedEx location that was slightly further from me, which I accepted. I drove to that location each day for the next 3 days to check and see if it was there, and it never was. Later in the evening yesterday, I received a call from my mom saying that my ex-stepfather (who I haven’t spoken to in years) received my packages to his home that I haven’t lived in for more than 3 years. My billing isn’t linked to that address, and I’ve never ordered from Chewy from that address. No clue how that information was collected. Luckily, he was feeling generous enough to offer to ship my packages to me directly.
Great for printing but one of their employees can’t issue accurate shipping quotes to save his life.
I am actually AMAZED at how INEFFICIENT and UNHELPFUL the staff is at this place.Mike, the only man working, was helping TWO CUSTOMERS at once when I walked in. While Meegan, the other woman on staff, was doing some project right in front of me, watching me wait patiently to send my small, simple package. She just ignored me, for about 10 minutes. Finally, Mike was done doing two things and once and I made it to the front of the line. HOW SHOCKED WAS I when yet ANOTHER employee, whos name I didnt catch, emerged from the back, only to head DIRECTLY to the bathroom! (I forgot to say that Meegan also had time to use the bathroom while I standing there.) So now we have 2/3 of the staff taking bathroom breaks in a 15 mintue period, BOTH OF WHICH have ignored me completely.The lack of customer service went on during my transaction, as a new customer came in with a litany of print requests to simply be told You have to that yourself. Wow. Just, wow.
Extremely rude manager, talked to me like I was less than a human. She had an attitude the entire time I was there. Not impressed, employees acted like it was a chore to ship my items.

Megan was a consumate professional with a keen understanding of customer service. After 5-10 minutes and several network issues with their self help equipment, she printed our 15 pages herself and didnt charge us. Refreshing. Definitely recommend this location for your printing needs.

Im a graphic designer with previous experience working in three different wide format printing places. I sent a simple 2 x 3 poster to be printed on paper and trimmed. Twice they printed it the wrong size and blamed my incorrect file. I checked the file several times and it was 100% correct including crop marks and bleeds. Their solution was to stretch the file to make it fit the size I want. All I wanted was them to print the file as I created it, not warp the image. It was basically concluded they could not help me and I left with an incorrectly sized print (that didnt fit in the frame I had). Waste of $46. Asked for a refund and havent heard back.
Ive been using this FedEx location for all my printing needs for a number of years and have never had strong feeling about it one way or the other. Until today.Stopped in to have a 35 pg report printed, bound, and shipped. Usually I would hand my SD card to the person behind the desk and they would take care of everything. A quick in and out; couldnt ask for more.Today when I went in and asked for a file to be printed the lady working at the desk sent me to a work station. She said that it would be 30 cents a minute on the computer plus a dollar to print each page plus 20 cents per piece of paper. Assuming that their system had changed I sat down at the computer only to find that it had no working SD card reader. Long story short I left empty handed after paying them 1.20$ for the use of their broken computer.Side Note: later went to the FedEx print shop on S Westnedge, handed my SD card to the person behind the desk and he took care of everything. A quick in and out; couldnt be happier.
Those guys don’t know what they are doing! We gave an order, first they didn’t understand what we asked for which is a basic vinyl stencil cut out! And then they decided to tell us that they cannot do it at the day of our dead line for this project!
I don’t understand the negative reviews. The staff was super helpful. If you know what you need and leave yourself enough time, this place can turn a resume into a publishable work.

Horrible service. If you need help with something dont even bother you might as well just walk out and go elsewhere..How is it possible to have four workers standing around doing nothing?? The S. Westnedge location is better and very helpful

People were nice but the systems a joke. I wasted a half hour just waiting for the printer to log into my Google Drive, then actually printing everything took way longer and I missed class. Do not give these people money because they clearly arent spending it on the store.
I printed something directly from my phone that I needed to fill out and turn in. I was able to print to them and pick up before the place I was going to even opened! EXCELLANT Thank u!

The ground package deliverer is either lazy or incompetent. Ive been tracking my package throughout the day online and 15 mins ago he/she claims there was no one here to sign for my package. The staff at the leasing office always signs for packages and if that was an issue he/she could have delivered it directly to my unit. Ive been waiting all day and now after speaking with customer service the solution will be I will have to pick it up from the office tomorrow. They offered to reattempt delivery tomorrow but I would hate for this to happen all over again. This is absolutely ridiculous.
Was here to scan in pages of a comic that Im working on and the staff didnt know if I chould scan to my cloud service and sold me a jump drive to scan to, than told me that it costs more to scan a item to digital than to print it (again this makes no since, no ink or paper used) then the printer froze. Staff had to unplug it to reboot machine. I was done. Do yourself a favor go to staples they seem to get it right.
