I first talked to a young lady on the phone who was very friendly and knowledgeable.I went right to the store and she assisted me and checked in my printer.The service was very speedy and done right.

Disappointing prices. I went to have my HP color and black ink cartridges refilled, and instead I was given refurbished cartridges for only $8 less than I would have paid for all 4 brand new HP ink cartridges. ($53 from Cartridge World vs. $61 from Hewlett Packard.) Saving money is great, but for that small price difference, I may have been better off going with a brand I trust.

When I first picked up 4 HP toner cartridges one of the ones they gave me was terrible. Streaks, lines, color stripes etc. I called and they brought out another...wrong cartridge in the box...they brought another. Print quality still terrible. I asked them just to give me my money back and they said store credit only. Ive been using the cartridges but the print quality is simply awful.. I finally bit the bullet and bought factory toners which are perfect. I threw the CW ones in the trash because I never want to darken their door again.

Price is basically the same as new toner cartridge....total ripoff
