I purchased 63 sheets of blk/red/blk HDPE December of 2018 and spent about $11,000.00. January 2019 the shipment arrived with 10 sheets pretty ruffed up. If I pay for something new, thats what I expect. I was frustrated and still am. I contacted the company on multiple occasions throughout this year through emails and phone calls and havent gotten anywhere! Product is great, but support and resolution is terrible.

Was contacted last Wednesday to do a phone interview the next day, and they never called me. ( They were supposed to call at 1:00 pm) I called repeatedly and left numerous messages to please call me back. I still have not heard back from them, I find this highly unprofessional and inconsiderate.
