A very well organized, neat and clean company. Supportive staff which will help you alot while you are training and learning. It feels like a family is working together to build quality products. I have observed that indeed Stryker follows the quality policy its says it has. And insures it by constantly training its employees and educating them in various product and company related subjects.Work is easy to learn but one needs to be focused and alert due to the technicality of product manufacturing.
