This place had a simple part, an ignitor, I needed to repair my furnace. They refused to sell it to me because Im not a contractor. This is the type of poor customer service and a poor attempt at artificial market manipulation that results in people buying everything from Amazon, and local businesses going out of business. Shame on them.

Walked in, saw 5 guys not wearing masks, turned around and walked out. I spent my money at Lowes. Nothing in this store is worth catching covid for.

I was helped right away and found exactly what I was looking for with lots of help and information. Professional, quick and helpful.
