Linda Rizzo was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Five Star. I rented a small unit for one month. I was able to move in and move out, all over the phone. As it turned out, I did meet Linda face to face and she was happy to check out my storage unit and provided my move out receipt that day.

I drove over two hours to move into my unit and the gate wasn’t working. There office hours close at 3:30pm so There was no one to resolve it. That was very unfortunate so when I called to try and resolve the issue I was told I could cancel my lease. I chose that option so I wouldn’t be lying for a unit to sit open for 2 weeks. Linda, the women you speak to about your lease, is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. The only other time I could move in was 2 weeks later and when I tried to re make my reservation she said “due to what happened last time I’m canceling your reservation”. I’ve just never felt with anyone this incredibly rude.

I like the convenience of it being close to where I live. Access into the gate is an easy process. The manager is friendly and the units are clean. I also like the fact I was able to reserve a unit online, I just wish I had gotten a bigger unit when all my stuff didnt fit and none were available. However, I would still recommend Five Star to everyone.

No break ins, decent pricing for the first year, and now theres a new look! If you must, might I suggest doing all of your business online or with the kiosk. Ive only had one customer service rep good at their job

Nice units, easy to get in & out. Clean

My unit was broken into and they could have cared less. Woman who works in the office has an attitude problem unless you are male and cant seem to make it to work on time or return your messages when they had no power and I couldnt get into my unit since keypad is electric. Overall AWFUL!!!

Great storage place, good pricing. Only downside I have ran into was with accessing the place. The store hours make it very difficult to talk face to face with an actual person if you work or are taking classes as I am.

Linda Rizzo made the whole experience of renting a storage unit very pleasurable. Her knowledge and attention to details is evident during entire process.

I have always had a pleasant experience when dealing with a direct person. Their payment system is terrible when you have to do it through their machine. PLEASE TWEAK THAT. Thank you 5 star.

I was thrilled with the unit in the beginning, however some of my stuff was stolen. Decided to move to a different facility.
