Ive actually been to Ridge NAPA a few times in the last few months. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! Good prices as well. I highly recommend them!

Very very extremely rude manager. Went there to find some sort of black tape to cover some minor bump in the back cover of my mirror so it does not show up the repair, and the owner used very angry voice by saying that the Teflon tape that I was pointing at “was not going to do a Sh....t.” If you can’t handle somebody who is politely asking for your advise don’t do a customer service job go become a cleaner or work in factory you rude man.To be honest, I’m not gonna feel safe going to that store no matter how urgently I need something.

Had all my car cleaning stuff, but more expensive to order the lift gate struts I need than if I did it myself.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have gone to this store many times and have been treated fairly, until today I came in for a fuse for my A/C installed it didnt work so I wanted to return the piece. I take full responsibility that I did not see that electrical items cannot be returned. BUT the person working there named Brian was very rude to me. He did not simply say if you look here it says no electrical returns, instead he accused me of damaging his parts, and that I was just using him to diagnose my vehicle. After saying all of this he then pointed out to me on the receipt that electronic parts are non returnable. I will not go back.

My family and I have been going to NAPA for many of years for all of our auto needs. Friendly staff, very helpful, and affordable prices!

I came in a few months ago looking for a part I broke. I brought in the damaged part, but all I got was mostly blank stares. They entered in the GM part number stamped on the piece, but found nothing in their system. This is where their effort stopped. The guy I was first talking to punched out in the middle of all this. Nobody knew what the part was, where to find it, or why it wasnt in their system.... and didnt care one bit.Why are you in the business of selling auto parts if you cant and wont find me simple OEM parts?
