One is too many stars. They destroyed my cars engine. The owner said he would make it right and then never did after telling me more lies than a politician. Worst experience of my life with an auto repair place. I probably should have taken him to court like a couple other reviewers mentioned doing.

I used Chriss service for Save the Day roadside assistance (several times). Each time they came out in the time they said if not earlier. They were always courteous, professional and compassionate. Much to my surprise when I brought my vehicle in to be serviced it was Chris and his crew (family) at Cork Auto Repair. He saw to my vehicle issues expeditiously and kept constant communication with me. They let me know about other issues with my vehicle and the order of priority in getting them repaired. I paid exactly what was quoted. His receipt is legible and itemized. The cherry on top!?!?..... they brought my vehicle to me when we had a time conflict. Customer service through the roof. I am so happy to have found Chris at Cork Auto Repair!

2nd time going. Had work done on 2 different vehicles and both times I have been satisfied and service done in a timely manner. Will continue to go back for most of my car needs. I highly recommend them.EDIT**** Now taking them 2 small claims court.😂😂😂

The most coolest up front tell it like it is guy a real mechanic do what ever he can to try and help u dude I mean the guy name is Chris he is the owner he is down the earth and knows his stuff about cars and he loves his career and he puts his best foot forward I have been a customer for about 2 years now I love him with my 1sr car and secobd car honest guy told me with 1st car stop working in it it will not be worth it just get rid of it dont waist ur money instead of beating me cause Im a wonderful woman like most companies would do...parts he orders them rt in for u no hassle no work estimates are very reasonable and prices I love them he dies not try to bear u at all cork st auto is the place to go I promise...in kalmazoo on factory street get there...

Went to have some work done. They didnt complete the repair. Still issues and missing items from the vehicle. The owner called and said that he would get it taken care of. A month later time to contact an attorney.
