Dryer was out of commission for a couple weeks and after several trips to the laundromat for drying..the ol lady had enough and we nearly bought a brand new one…….until I called Josh. He had a technician out to me the very next day. ON TIME! And almost to the minute to be exact! They discovered it was a simple piece of drawstring from shorts that got wrapped around the motor and disabled it from spinning. They charged me a FRACTION of what I almost spent. I saved a lot of money using this local business. The technician was punctual, clean, very polite, and honest. I wasn’t talked into buying anything extra or anything I didn’t truly need. They simply diagnosed and fixed the problem at just the cost of the service call itself. USE THIS GREAT LOCAL BUSINESS!

Came multiple times and ultimately didnt fix the problem. Couldnt remember from one time to the next who we were, where we lived or what appliance we had. This was within a one month period

I called, day and time scheduled for visit on first call. He showed when he said, a part was ordered and he charged what I could have paid for the same part online plus a more than fair rate for his work. Dryer repaired quickly and correctly. Works fine. Thank you!

Called Appliance Tech to repair oven. Appliance Tech came out the next day and had it repaired in a half hour. Very responsive, knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced. Will definitely use again.

The fridge was fixed, back to us on the day Josh said, and at a lower price than his quote. Very nice guy and he did an excellent job. Oh, and he fixed our gas range in about 5 minutes. We wont hesitate to recommend him or use his services again.

I live half an hour from this company and we had the washer from hell. Josh was not only nice and professional, he went above and beyond attempting to fix this numerous times for us, and his prices were so beyond reasonable we felt bad calling and having him drive out! But, he had the best reviews and its easy to see why! Definitely call him if you are having trouble with something. He will be the only one we call with any future issues on anything!

Josh did a great job repairing out microwave. His service, professionalism, communications, on time repair and price of repair were great. I would recommend him for appliance repair and we will use his company in the future.

Couldnt ask for more! Samsung dryer making a bunch of racket. Josh was on time, had the needed roller, and had it fixed in about a half hour. Very happy with the fee charged, seemed more than reasonable. Hes got all 5 star reviews and I see why. Will call again- thanks!--UPDATE-- Had them come out again about 4 months later to service the dryer a second time. Totally unrelated to there first repair, its just an old dryer. I called them on a Monday night, there were over less than 24 hours later, had the heating element in stock, and were in and out quickly. Same reasonalbe fees. Seriously good company.

Josh was great, best value for his service by far. He was honest and came to the home with proper ppe, glove and mask. The family felt safe while he repaired our appliances.

I called Appliance Tech after being without a dryer for 5 weeks waiting on Sears repair who said the part was back ordered with no lead time on shipment. So frustrating dealing with ppl who aren’t in the states and don’t really care. Josh had the part I needed and he sent Aaron the next day. Done! I have my dryer back! I’m a massage therapist and needed my dryer almost daily, now I have it. Price was half of what Sears charged me, Professional, on time. Will never call anyone else. Thanks Josh!
