Fast, courteous and efficient usage of my time. From the time spent with the front desk on the phone to the virtual Doctors visit all went without a hitch. Usage of the website was intuitive and easy. Would definitely recommend this service

The staff at this site is very kind and helpful. They were able to get me for their last appointment of day for a pre-employment physical. I will make sure to recommend their services to family and friends.

As an international traveler, I can say it was a bit stressful planning our COVID PCR tests to enter back into Canada. The Minit Medical website stated 24 to 48 hours turn around time but failed to mentioned about inter-island transfer of the swab. These leads to more of a 72 hour time line (same as other testing clinics) as the swabs have to be sent off to Hawaii labs Oahu. Thankfully, there customer service from Hawaii labs were great and informed me that it usually can take up to 72 hrs for results to come back once they receive it. Maybe false advertising on the side of Minit Medical? Also, they charge $25 more than than Doctors on-call ($175 instead of $150), but allows you to pre-book a week or more in advance. Swab staff were helpful and the swab was completed in the rental car with no issues. Please be aware of the specimen travel time and book in at the 72 hour mark to be safe.

Excellent and caring staff!! Dr. Thaut and nurses Rachel and Andrea were friendly and professional!! I would highly recommend Minit Medical if you need to see a doctor while on Maui.

The Staff is prompt, courteous and efficient as always. The Intelmed service is very user-friendly and the consultation was on-time and efficient. No waiting in the clinic.

The doctor was very nice. I didnt feel rushed or dismissed. He didnt even scold me for not being vaccinated. I am not a great candidate for vaccinations but he didnt make me feel judged (even if he was judging me on the inside 🤣). I appreciate him not making me jump through hoops to prove I am sick just because I am still smiling. Most people interpret that wrong. Its just my demeanor. I deal with a lot of doctors as a chronic health patient. So I am so glad he was a good one and that I didnt walk away feeling worse than I did before I did the telehealth because of poor behavior. Thanks Doc!!!

We had such a great visit with NP Tina for my 3-year-old when she had an ear infection. Tina was patient, kind, and fun for my daughter to interact with and gave us great advice and options. Super appreciate having this clinic especially when we cant get into her normal pediatrician which has happened on multiple occasions!

We got in from a flight and my husband was experiencing ear pain on the plane. I found this clinic through Google, was able to make an appointment right away so we headed straight from the airport. We were seen very quickly and the staff were all so nice and took great care of my husband. They didnt accept our out if state insurance so they had a cash pay option at about $200. Definitely worth it!!!

I was visiting Hawaii for my sons wedding and ran out of my Adderall which is a controlled drug. Although, I had my prescription to get it refilled the pharmacy could not refill it, since its out of state. The Dr at the clinic understood and gave me a prescription for enough to last me while I was here. Thank goodness for a understanding Dr. I highly recommend this clinic.

The phone application for a video visit wasn’t perfect. After waiting over a half hour, staring at the waiting room phone screen, the meeting started, but then appeared to be dropped. In a panic I tried several things to reestablish the connection, not fun when you don’t feel well. I was impressed with the doctor, who came across as competent and knowledgeable. The video and audio connection was glitchy, but ultimately I was satisfied that doctor helped me as much as he could.

Easy questions to answer to set up an account with Minit Medical. I had time so they pushed back my first virtual video phone call from 3:30 to 4:30 PM.The office got pretty busy and I waited about 30 minutes a before calling the office to let them know that I was still waiting for my 4:30 PM virtual video phone call. In a matter of minutes the doctor called me, asked how I was doing after quarantine and answered questions I had. With that, he approved the exemption letter I needed to travel. Virtual visit is at your leisure and comfort and it’s much easier than driving, looking for parking and going to the office. All in all it was a good experience. Thank you Minit Medical.

Setting up a same day appointment through the Solv app was quick and easy. We were seen in a timely manner. Front Office Staff, Nurses, and Doctors at the Kahului location were friendly, thorough, and efficient.

I was pleased at the service. They worked with me and have rapid testing. Very informative and helpful. My own medical provider expected me to drive across the island and wait 48 hours for my test results which was disappointing. Minit medical provided a video consultation and set me up with a same day testing and rapid results. I am grateful for them and would recommend them to everyone I know.

Love Minit Medical. The staff is great and so are the doctors. Sometimes you might have to wait a while to be seen as they get very busy at times but they are always there for you and will not turn you away. (-;

Long wait (understandable as they were busy) but everyone there was super nice and helpful and the visit itself didnt take long at all.

It was busy for sure when I got there but they got me in and out and fixed up. Medicine kicked in and not even 24 hours later and I’m good again. Love the art on the walls and the 90s music pumping on Sonos. Mahalo!!

I couldnt expect better medical attention, I called for an appointment at 8 am and I was in by noon. From the receptionist to the doctor everyone made me feel comfortable and all have a wonderful sense of humor, Lots of smiles everywhere. While waiting an older gentleman was being difficult and the ladies up front couldnt have been any sweeter or more helpful about his covid vaccinations.

We drove through and Katie helped us with directions and spoke with the staff at the rapid testing site. When we came up to the site with our daughter Mike was there ready with everything. Minit Medical has streamlined the manner of getting medical care. Very fast and professional service!

Absolutely do NOT use them for a timely COVID test. If you are trying to get a test to get into Kauai then use the 6 hour test at HNL airport that costs $125. The one at Minit Medical makes you sign up for a myriad of accounts for $175 and then when you get your test they tell you its not going to be within the time frame needed and to sign up for another account at the Clinical Labs of Hawaii to view results. A waste of money and time. Im at day 3 of waiting and still no results, not that it would help my situation.

I did not want to drive and wait in office or my truck now with Pandemic limiting personal contactMy wait time was 20 minutes but I had just made the appointment. The medical care and staff were great. I also loved the online registration process; it was easy to use.

My 11 yr old son fell on his bike and cut his leg, ended up needing 14 stitches. The staff was TOP NOTCH. They help calm my hysterical dude down, stitched him up, and got us done quickly. Went back a few days ago to remove stitches with one of their other doctors, and he was great too! Definitely recommend!

Once I installed the app, my visit went well. The doctor was very responsive and I was able to pick up medications the same day. I have already referred Minit Medical to a friends mother who couldnt get an appt. with her primary provider.

3 of the staff were condescending, dismissive and unhelpful. My infection was denied treatment. I will never use this “privately owned” business again. They had no spirit of aloha or collaboration. I do not recommend.

Call to schedule a test for tomorrow had to wait on hold for about 15 minutes but after that was fast and efficient once you filled out the forms
