Dr. Rose Guzman is the best! Ive been going to numerous aesthetic clinics on Maui over the years and she is definitely the most knowledgeable with the best hands. She made me 20 years younger with just 2 visits!

She scheduled an appointment with me and I drove an hour from Lahaina. When I arrived she did not show up for the appointment. I texted and called her several times with no response. I waited outside for 30 minutes, knocked on the window and an employee opened the door and said I was not on the schedule and she had no knowledge about the appointment Dr. Guzman set with me. She contacted her and at that point she sent me a text. She basically was dishonest and said she had an emergency and lost her cell phone instead of just being honest and saying she forgot to put me on the schedule after setting the appointment with me. Its insulting to my intelligence that she said she had an emergency and also lost her cell phone at the same time. It was so obvious she just didnt manage her calendar properly and left me standing outside for 30 minutes after driving an hour. Really unprofessional. She should put appointments on her calendar and if she makes a mistake just be honest. She asked me to make another appointment but theres no way I can go to a doctor who is so unprofessional and doesnt respect the clients time.
