Awesome place for kids! Not very crowded either time I took my daughter, but we also went during the week, before lunch time. So much to do, comfortable leather recliners and massage chairs if you want to relax while you wait, but your welcome to set up by the trampolines to watch your child also. Be careful wearing the socks they give you on the cement floor, my daughter slipped a few times, luckily none of her falls were to bad, but with the cement floor, I could see a bad fall happening easily, better to wait and put socks on when your up at the trampolines. Overall really fun time for us all!

I think this might be highly rated because it’s being rated by people who haven’t been to a trampoline park in the mainland. It’s dirty, and essentially an open garage that’s open to the outside air in lieu of air conditioning. It’s tiny, not particularly clean, and overcrowded. There’s no separate area for little kids/toddlers for safety, so there are lots of 2-3 year old toddlers bopping around unsupervised, so you have to keep an eye on that so older kids can jump. It also doesn’t have the same quality trampolines or a tumble track, or really any other activities (like the parkour courts, large basketball courts, tumble tracks into foam pits, swings, rope swings, etc. that are the standard on the mainland). It really is just a few dirty, small, extremely crowded trampolines. There aren’t enough trampolines for it to be very safe/to have the recommended 1 kid per trampoline (or even 2 or 3 for that matter). It also doesn’t look like the photos. There are no amenities such as lockers to keep things such as phones or wallets safe. I think there’s no competition with other companies like there is on the mainland, so anything goes. Definitely recommend saving the time and money and talking your kids into a pool/beach day instead. Wish someone from the mainland had reviewed this before we went.

This place is awesome! We were experiencing a rainy family vacation day and this place exhausted the kid. Best $40 we spent. It’s open air, there’s clean bathrooms and massage chairs. Only snacks and water for sale, so don’t expect to eat super well. Friendly and helpful staff. Happy to have discovered this place.

My kids love Ultimate Air Maui! They have learned how to do many flips and gymnast moves!! Their confidence grows with every trip. They burn so many calories and expend all their energy. The staff is wonderful!! They have snacks and drinks too. And weve even hosted their birthday parties there! We love it!

Its was fun and bouncy.. well ventilated.. safe.. I really enjoy.. plus: they’re accepting kamaiana :)

The owner and employees are so kind and my kids never tire of this place. The open air environment with the big rolled up doors makes it feel great with the Wailuku breezes and not stuffy and stinky like so many other trampoline parks can be. We LOVE this place!

Its a good experience for us..the reason i rate 4 star is because me and my family went there on 4/19/2021 5 oclock reservation..its our first time there..the two staff at the front, they are lack of customer service..to me they are so rude but we just do what we pay them for..i just dont want my boys to leave without having good time..other than that i will 100% recommend it..

The trampoline park is great but the 30$ for unlimited is kinda expensive but it’s a decent deal if it was around 25$ or 20$ I would go there almost everyday. And the snack bar it’s really expensive I rather go to the gas station or bring your own snack. Overall the trampoline is amazing nice people and nice workers but idk about the manager no hate or anything but there are strict but I know they have to do there jobs.

Were near-weekly visitors of Mauis trampoline park! Our kids love it, we love it. Its a great spot for us to get together with friends, bounce with the kids for awhile, then have the adults retire to the massage chairs and snack tables to catch up while the kids continue to go bonkers. Ultimate Air is responsible for many a good night sleep.

Me and my family came to Maui for spring break and before we came to ultimate air after we had a few rainy days. It was the perfect end to those few days and was my personal favorite trampoline park I have ever been too. The staff was absolutely amazing and they even let us pick the background music!

This is the best way for ur kids to burn off all those sugars. Clean and not dirty. Plus since its a warehouse the cool breeze just comes in

EDIT: I had to come back and edit this review because I was promptly contacted by the owner and given clear information. We are still really excited about this place, and look forward to the hard opening after the fire inspection. Jump, jump, jump!This place is NOT open. I saw a friend post a video jumping here a few days ago, and I checked out the website. Hours said open gym at 1pm, so I arrived with extremely excited 7 year old. We walked up to the doors, and there were a bunch of kids jumping.... we were then told it isn’t open to public, only for bday parties. Left with disappointed child. Incredibly lame. Should be clear on your website that you are NOT open yet to avoid very bummed out kids.

Extremely fun place for the kids to play. Much smaller than I had originally thought, but will be entertaining for at least an hour.

My review has to do with the Owner/Manager of Ultimate Air. Party was great, kids enjoyed it. Confusion with POS system or otherwise, led to overcharges. Overcharges that as of today have been left unresolved. Messages were left, documentation delivered...ZERO RESPONSE. Completely unacceptable to not return a phone call or provide follow up on what youre doing to resolve this matter. When a call is made its hes the only one that can authorize this or today is I left it on his desk and he had to go out of town for a few days back on Tuesday. This is not something that happened a few days ago, this was 4/23 and to take this long without a response from you and having to listen to the same excuse whenever a call is made, is not the way a customer should ever be treated. Whether or not the transaction shows on your POS you have the documentation. Your front line employees catch the attitude whenever a call is made and its not fair to them. Word of mouth is still a viable way for me to communicate my disdain and everyone I know will hear it.

Crazy fun, awesome and friendly staff, scary at first bc you’re not used to being so high, but after a few min, it’s a total blast!! Play dodgeball, play basketball, bring your kids of all ages (of course watch the little toddlers when they’re close), see how high you can jump on the white trampolines (one at a time rule!), slide down the angled trampolines (but watch out for friction burns on your butt!), learn how to jump and flip into the foam pit(then figure out how to get out!) make tons of friends and laugh so hard your tummy hurts! Best $17 spent ever! We will definitely be back!
